I contacted Eugene via email through his website. I received a very prompt response. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. All communication was done through email. Eugene arrived early (which I was happy about). He and his partner were ready to get to work. He removed his shoes without even asking. One cleaned the outside and the other cleaned the inside. We had them do it all, screens, windows and tracks. They were very fast. I didn't request an estimate ahead of time, but figured the cost from the price list on his website. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the much lower cost on the invoice. We are very happy with the results and plan to use Smiling Windows every 6 months or so. read more

He then called me the next day to say he could be at my home in the afternoon. He was here for about 4 hours and did the best job I ever had! Even vacuumed my sills which I never thought of having done! So nice and friendly. I used crystal clear in the past and they did a very average job compared to smiling windows. I also called a few other companies and they promised to come by for a quote and then never called back OR returned my call. I wish more companies would have the work ethic as Smiling windows. Excellent job on gutters and windows and power washing. He came over quickly to provide a full estimate and then came back an additional time to estimate cost for power washing the entire house. When I pointed out a couple of areas that were missed from the first power washing, he brought back the equipment and addressed the issue. The windows look great. He did a really terrific job, and he kept me informed as he went whenever he encountered any issues with the windows or the screens. I actually brought up the fact that I should pay more than we initially agreed on, since the windows required substantial scrubbing. The additional cost was totally reasonable.
