I've been afraid of dentistry work since I was kid...Dr. Smith has been so helpful with that! Always a clean environment and very friendly. The only thing we were disappointed with was my husband works nights and forgot to go to his appointment one morning after getting off of work and they charged him a pretty steep fee for missing it. He said he didn't get a reminder call. I know that stinks when you have a no show, but we've been going there for years...I felt like that wasn't very nice. They could have waived that for him, or just not charge people fee's like that!

Many offices were excepting new patients but couldn't give me an appointment any sooner than a month or two away. Fast forward to Today's Dental, I walked into their office to see if I could get an appointment for a cleaning. To my surprise they gave me an appointment for 2 days away. On my appointment day I arrived and was called back almost immediately. Had the pleasure of being seen by Doctor Snyder and he was amazing. Great conversation, steady hand, very conscious of my comfort and he did an amazing job. He showed me before & after photos and I thought that was a great use of technology so the patient can see what was accomplished. The facility was new, clean, modern and very impressive (They even had TV's mounted on the ceiling) (lol). The staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I had an exceptionally amazing experience and I look forward to going to my next appointment with them. I would recommend this location to anyone I know in need of a good Dentist. To Today's Dental - I don't know how many people send thank you cards to their Dentist, but I know that if any Dentist deserves it, you do. I needed retainers I was told my insurance covered them so i agreed to have them ordered. They charged me $80 dollars just for a cleaning then try to explain to me why I was charged that. Why my insurance didn't cover it. Some how I had a $ 80 credit on my next visit. They waited until pick up to tell me I owe $480 bucks because insurance didn't cover them. Wtf why couldn't someone call me tell me this at first. Now I'm stuck with retainers and trying to figure out how to pay for them. Thanks today dental you guys really need to learn better customer service

Bait and Switch Disaster. No insurance…read more Over the phone they give one price, $209 for the evaluation. I did NOT get a proper evaluation. The dentist only looked at the tooth I mentioned. OK fine, I need a filling replaced. As I already told them over the phone. Then they have a financial person come in. She hands me a bill that says $407. Asks me to sign and confirm that the new price is ok. I sign. The procedure goes OK, except the dentist talks constantly about how she hates the Bellevue office and only wants to be in Papillion. Front desk time. Same Financial person now says the bill is $697. Truly horrible experience.

Mission in oldtown…read moreBellevue...Dr. Michael Belling and my Tech was Nolan...so cool and so nice...thank you so much, they were with me every step of the way...made sure I was doing ok, willing to make me comfy and put me at ease like I was welcome instead of someplaces make you feel like you are bothering them or they are in a hurry...not Summit Dental they are now my forever dental family, they talked me through every step of the way, I was able to manage my bill and everything...I won't go anywhere else anymore... I have serious stress issues with dentists, in the past I even had to have sedative just to handle it and nitrous, I've had my cheek cut from the saw, and the sander, they've busted my teeth into 4 and had to pull it out bit by bit and I felt it. This place...my tooth was literally crumbling and he took it out in one pull because it had cracked in half and half was barely hanging on...I was highly impressed and I was well numbed. I didn't have to have any sedative or nitrous, and the doc kept me totally calm, every step of the way Dr. Belling and Nolan talked me through to make sure I was doing ok...totally cool people...even the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. For a while though my mouth looked like Elvis lol I was numb from my left chin up to my left eyeball and part of my nasal cavity :) I am so impressed They are definitely getting a good review from me, and for the local business page too. Never have I had the pleasure of such professionalism, kindness and patience, for that they have my loyalty and to be honest it took some of the bad experiences away from me from the past...thank you so much..if only all dental offices were like ya'll.

I had a very distressing experience with Dr. Straub. He was dismissive and spoke to me in a way…read morethat felt belittling, which was especially difficult as a patient with high anxiety. I felt treated as if I were incompetent during a vulnerable procedure. While the support staff was wonderful, the dentist's lack of empathy and professional kindness made me regret my choice. I stand by my experience: patients deserve to be treated with respect, not condescension.
