Absolute nightmare! Do not waste your time or money. The contract requested $13,000 and they…read morecompletely botched the entire mold remediation project. The contract I signed says they take pride in their work, follow the S520 standard and are an IICRC Certified Firm. All of these claims are false. Additionally, they don't even have a Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license that allows them to legally conduct home improvements in Maryland. The were supposed to remove and clean the mold, but all they did was remove a wall and paint over the rest of the mold, dirt, dust and debris that was present prior to the start of the project. Completely unprofessional! Curtis should be embarrassed by how he conducts business. See photos of all the dirt, dust and cobwebs they left behind after they said the project was complete and they "HEPA vacuumed" 3 times. Clearly they didn't even vacuum once. Also, they broke my toilet lid and tried to cover it up so I wouldn't notice.
