We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

Small shop, big service…read more I have an older pick up truck and a much older neck and backing it up is becoming more and more difficult for me. Trying to back my truck up just to hitch a trailer on it is a laborious and painful process. I decided to add a rear camera on my truck and stopped in at John's to get a price. The shop has ample parking at the front of the building, it is clean inside and there is a TV in their lobby for entertainment while you wait. The guys there were super helpful, looked over my truck's stereo head unit and gave me a good price to add a rear camera. They were able to schedule me in for an installation day and time that would allow me to wait in their lobby during installation. Drop offs are fine too but I didn't have a back up vehicle so I needed a quick turn around. I arrived back to John's on my installation day and time and they immediately took my truck right back to work on. In less than an hour, I was back on the road with a new rear camera. It is a high quality camera and works great! Those guys are courteous, professional, friendly and fast. They even reset my clock to match the actual time. Give this local business a try and you will be very glad you did.

Some of the best customer Service I have ever received anywhere. The prices were great and the quality of work on the instal was as good as it gets . We had it installed in my wife's jeep and they took the time to tear the dash apart and mount the amp behind the head-unit so it wouldn't be damaged if we get water in the jeep. He even let me take the box prior to paying so I could rip off the carpet and rubber coat it to match how the floors will be. Seriously couldn't of asked for a better experience. It sounds insane for just one 12" sub. They even mounted a sub control knob in the console. The shops I have used in the past just Velcro it to the dash or something. Super pleased with this install. I will be taking them my truck to do soon. If you are looking for stereo or music equipment this is the place to shop!
