Being new in the Greeneville, TN area, we had no idea which Auto Body shop to place our trust in. J & G Auto Body Shop checked out good as I did my research and reviews, so I took our car to their shop in Greeneville. The shop has been at this site for years and is a family-owned business. We met with the shop manager, "Jacob" who took time to inspect our damage and provide an estimate for my insurance company. Jacob ordered the needed body parts and scheduled the repair for the next week. Jacob kept his promise as to damage estimate, time needed for the complete repair and was totally professional and honest from start to finish. My car was tied up a very short time and repaired as promised. We couldn't be more satisfied with J & G's professionalism, honesty and timely service and working well with our insurance provider.
