I dropped it off the night before my appointment. In the p called them to find out they don't work on small trailers. In order to take the trailer on a long trip, I had to pack my own bearings which I had never done before. I did it, not knowing what I was doing. I made the trip. No seized bearings yet. But, no thanks to unreliable, disorganized, bad information Lucky's.

He immediately said, "Let's check!" and transferred me to Josh in the service department, who enthusiastically agreed to get it done. I rolled in at 2:15 PM on a Friday afternoon, and they went right to work. While they were at it, I asked if they might also have time to replace the parking brake and address any other issues the technician noticed. About 30 minutes later, they updated me that the brake would add about 45 minutes to the wait, and they also recommended a chain service and adjustment.
