It is reasonable to expect that the rental does not have worn, torn seats and the prior belongings left on the boat. We were given misinformation by staff and Jennifer ( the "boss"), who is very difficult to reach at any time was shockingly rude. Not the experience you would expect in boating world on Lake George.

One near the parking lot should state "The Courageous can follow this path", with another, "The Less Courageous must take this path". All in all, a very quaint boating club.

I was getting close to my 100 hour service and was advised that if I could wait until I was ready to winterize to do so because there is some duplication of service and if I waited, I would save money. I had a PWC breakdown this year on the lake in the middle of the week. I called Pluchinos because I saw them at a launch earlier. They came right to my location and towed me to a launch. They did so with the knowledge the pwc can only be towed a low speed or they take on water. Every interaction with Pluchinos and their staff has been positive.

Boxley's has two locations and in addition to auto detailing they clean homes and businesses. I went in last Friday Morning and they were immediately ready for me the customer service rep took me to the waiting area and the owner happened to be in at 9:00 a.m. He had me wait in the office/ waiting area, offered me a beverage turned on the Today Show for me and was so cordial and friendly. This was my first visit and he was so warm and welcoming. I chose the Ultimate Vehicle Bath which included a hand wash, tire dressing, Interior vacuum, Interior dash wipe down. The windows were cleaned and they applied spray wax. They also did additional detailing which I didn't ask for but I appreciated such as console clean, rim shine. I gave the service crew an additional tip for the extra service. My car looked brand new. I will definitely be back and would recommend their services.

We needed to take to the car dealer to have repaired which took 5 days due to the need to order a new plastic covering. Fortunately Boxley's paid for it (nearly costing $400). But Boxley's REFUSED to offer a refund. In addition they were unable/unwilling to get road salt out of the car. They said they would need to clean again repeatedly several times over to remove. Yet the dealer informed us it could be done in one cleaning and disputed Boxley's claim. We found out that an unsupervised teen detailed our car. It seemed that way from the terrible job. Avoid this business at all cost they don't guarantee their work! When I asked for a full refund they refused and yelled at me. Despicable customer service!

I thought certainly this must be a mistake, I looked the number up again to make sure I was dialing correctly and redialed. Again, someone picked up and said F-U. I tried one more time and received the same response. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
