(Mind you, they didn't charge anything to diagnose the AC problem last time.) In any case, I agreed that that was all fine and they said they'd call me. Here we are, a month later, and nobody ever called me. If they're too busy and too rude to help a return customer who already spent $1,300+ with them, how do you think they'll treat a brand new customer? Avoid this place at all costs!
