We'd had a diesel fuel leak shut down our Sprinter/Camper van and when we got the vehicle back three days later the diesel hadn't been cleaned out of the engine compartment. The fumes were horrible. We'd only gone a few miles and then had a tail-light fault illuminate (later corrected itself once engine compartment was cleaned up). The following day we had check engine light illuminate for a NOx sensor fault. A couple days after that we lost our power train belt and had that replace in Prescott Arizona - another tow ride! Given the fact that they knew we were on a long road trip and desperately needed good attention to our mechanical failure, one would think they would have made sure to check EVERYTHING out to be sure that the remainder of our trip went well. So not only does it appear that they did a poor job (leaving excessive diesel in engine compartment has negative effects on rubber components and is a fire hazard/health hazard), but it appears the job they did ended up causing collateral damage. When Jonathan was shown the excess diesel in engine compartment he should have been embarrassed and should have asked us to leave it with them to clean it up. That didn't even come close to happening. He didn't want anything to do with it - he watched me ladle some off a depression in the frame while he watched. He was reluctant to get his hand in there to mop it up with a shop rag even though his arm is longer than mine. Dissappointing to say the least.

We went looking for a used vehicle in good condition for my 16 yr old daughter that we could pay cash for. The used audi was priced at 21,770. Drove it, agreed on price, went inside to take my information to sign the deal and put the car under my name. Well he takes the information to the manager and he comes back with a paper that's over 2 thousand higher on sales price with added amounts, 400 for tint, 1500 for certified preowned, 1000 for all weather mats, and none of this is disclosed on the price to begin with, mind you this is a used vehicle that they want to charge you for all weather mats that originally came with the car? That is used! and they say it's certified but oh wait, the added price isn't added on the price it's listed for. But we get the( oh we are very transparent and itemize everything when making the sale We asked from the beginning if it has 2 key fobs, Jeronimo the salesman said yes, when we picked up the vehicle after the rushed so called car wash they did, it only had 1 key fob and when I called the next day because the fob didn't have the emergency key inside, all of a sudden they are either in a meeting or not in at the moment. When I inquired about the Atlas, I spoke with Alicia. She was very kind and answered any questions I had. Communication was 10/10. When I got to the dealership, I met Michael who sold me the car. From the get-go, everything was seamless. There were no hassles and I did not feel pressured. Michael was great. He was very nice, answered any and all questions I had, never making me feel rushed. Even the financing process was excellent and hassle-free. My family was surprised. My dad, who has a lot of experience with dealerships, was impressed and had never witnessed such a pleasant dealing. Audi Lubbock has a way of "dancing" with the customer. In my experience with them, they were very fair and operated honestly. Now, I have a new (to me) used car with major issues going on and I can't even get them to get me in to look at it. I took it weeks ago and they just told me, rudely, that they were booked out for 2-3 weeks and that they couldn't even look at it until then. Then the guy told me that diagnostics were $120 per hour in a very condescending tone like he assumed I couldn't afford it. (Mind you, they didn't charge anything to diagnose the AC problem last time.) In any case, I agreed that that was all fine and they said they'd call me. Here we are, a month later, and nobody ever called me. If they're too busy and too rude to help a return customer who already spent $1,300+ with them, how do you think they'll treat a brand new customer? Avoid this place at all costs!

He even told me the filter door had been left opened somehow (no clue here, as this was our first oil change in this vehicle) and there were leaves in there. Prices were presented to me for two different types of oil, so no sticker shock. A standard oil change was $36 and change.
