She was friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting me taken care of quickly. She had everything handled and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Recently purchased a Jeep from All American Slaton. Two months no license plates. Called the dealership, they said I had to go to the Hale county tax office and pick them up. Because I was in Amarillo and temporary tags were about to expire, manager said he would call me back with an address to get new temp tags in Amarillo. Waited 3 days, no call back. Turns out the dealership had the plates mailed to the wrong address. I hope they don't treat all disabled veterans this way. I can understand the mistake of sending the plates to the wrong address. The manager lying to me to cover his own incompetence however is inexcusable. If you're looking for a dealership with honest people, KEEP LOOKING. read more

My parents recently had a very poor experience at this place. They promised her a car on a specific day then the car never came in then they moved it to another day still no car.. All while they kept her trade-in and extremely high down payment. Then when my mother spoke to the manager "Oreo" he was very rude to her and cursed her out and then proceeded to hang up on her. He was mad because the deal was not going as planned and wanted to blame her when it was their fault for not following through with the deal. If they lost money then they should have been people of their word!! Also for Oreo to be the manager and him being so rude and disrespectful to their customers says a lot about a business. Leaving Lubbock, headed east towards Slaton, my cars ABS went out and luckily I made it into one of the two car dealers in Slaton that service a Jeep. I had to pay $680 to get my ABS replaced. A few days later, I came to retrieve my car and I noticed that my front bumper was missing. I asked the employees where it was and they told me that it was stolen. They ordered a new one for me, but I'm still not convinced that these people are capable of running a decient business. read more

I recently went to All American to get my oil changed and decided to rotate the tires. Scheduled service for 11 am on Saturday. Vehicle was finally ready about 12:45 so I hit the highway to head home. I start picking up speed and my car is wobbly and feels unstable so I start slowing down and looking for a place to pull over. Car is making a horrible thumping noise and clearly should not be driven. I immediately call the service department and they send two guys out. Evidently someone didn't tighten the lug nuts on one tire. There was only one lug nut left holding my tire on. One of the guys had to go back to the shop and get lug nuts since mine were lost on the highway. They didn't have any that matched mine so they used different ones. Got my tire back on and went back to service so that they could order new ones that matched the ones originally on it. Someone was EXTREMELY careless and negligent!!! This could have been so much worse! There could have been a much more serious outcome because of someone's hurried careless actions. Unacceptable! Lug nuts should be double and triple checked. Does not give me much faith that other services are or will be up to par. read more

Pulled into this dealership en-route to Austin from Colorado when a warning light came on in my brand new 2015 Ram Diesel. This was no normal warning light. This light said my DEF system needed to be checked. The owners manual said if this was not checked by a service tech the engine could shut down. Need to mention I was pulling a 38' 5th wheel and had my entire family in the truck. Met with Josh who said the Diesel Tech was on vacation and he could not help me. I looked in the shop and saw several other techs walking around. I asked Josh if a tech could check the computer and at least let me know if it was as serious as the owners manual said. Josh said he couldn't do anything. I found the GM and explained my issue to him. He went and talked to Josh and all of the sudden Josh was willing to help me. As soon as the GM walked out of the room Josh gave me attitude so I readjusted his tone and he sent Francisco out to help. Francisco was great he cleared the code and updated my computer. He was very knowledgable and helpful. If not for Josh this service department would get a 5. We made it to Austin thanks to the GM and Francisco who understood the urgency of my situation. read more
