Later, after I was dressed and leaving the bedroom area of the house, I was met with the same greeting, now coming from the guest bath! After having had a previous, very favorable engagement of his services--I called Boyd again! I told him the problems and we set an appointment. It was great to see that big, new, silver solution roll up to our house. Boyd sprang to work and got underway. A brief time later, we were back in business within the house with the system performing great. What is over and above for Boyd, is the depth of knowledge he has.
