First off, it took 3 days after signing all the paperwork to get the car. After the sale and we finally got the car AND a $900 charge for just diagnostic for what needs to be fixed, we found out that the warranty was changed without or knowledge. To a lower "tier". When we asked about it we were met with dishonesty and gas lighting. We would advise not to shop for a car at Vision Ford. we feel misled, ripped off and are left with a car that needs work to be done and a warranty that doesn't cover any of it.

The problem arose when they tried to replace the actuator and in turn damaged the turbo itself, presumably because they most likely did not use the proper tool to either disconnect or reconnect the actuator to the turbo.
