The flowers didn't get to my boss until 3:3 in the afternoon, every time we called we couldn't get a straight answer as far as an eta. When I called to complain about how the flowers looked nothing like the arrangement I placed an order for one of the ladies wanted to argue with me. They finally offered to send another arrangement of my choice so I chose something in the same price range I had originally ordered and again nothing like what I ordered.
