Sometimes they did not even show up. Mike is very communicative and lets you know the night before approx. when he will be there. They gave us lots of options to replace our coping and upgrade to pebble tec/tile but we were on a tight budget and they understood this. There wasn't any pressure to from them to consider the more luxury options. We ended up wanting to go with whatever needed to get done and added on their startup service. I went to the showroom to pick out tile for the waterline and they had so many options to choose from. We decided to go with the pebble tec (because of the longevity aspect) the day before they were going to plaster and they were so accommodating. Once the work started, they finished the project very quickly. Working with Fred and Eddie throughout the whole process was such a pleasant experience.
