I had my tenants adjust their schedule to wait for the technician -- from 11:30am to 2pm. Nobody showed up. This isn't the first time Orkin Saint Petersburg has dropped the ball. Between the shifting appointment times, the miscommunication between staff, and now a complete no-show after my tenants rearranged their day, I can't recommend this branch. Disorganized and unreliable -- they simply don't deliver on what they promise.
