They treated my house for subterranean termites 3 years ago with Termidor and now, 3 years later I have termites again in the same spot which they said have been eating the new wood for at least 1 year. Their expert came out and said they needed to treat the area again with Termidor, but when I received the quote/ estimate it said they would treat my house with Trelona bait stations. I talked to the owner explaining the area was just treated 3 years ago and Cameron told me that should last for 15 years. But he said since I didn't maintain the warranty there was nothing he could do. The owner seemed very irritated when I asked a few tough questions; i.e. why didn't the treatment work 3 years ago and why do I have 2 different treatment recommendations from Cameron. Now I would have to pay again, for a different treatment, which costs the same as it did 3 years ago. After our conversation the owner sent me an email withdrawing their quote and said they were not interested in treating my house. Their business model seems to be to keep everyone paying the annual warranty or pay again for full treatment in a couple years.
