They never bothered to inform me that they might be running behind. I could understand that. The only way I could secure the repair status was to physically go to the repair desk. Their first excuse was my snowblower work order was put behind generators that came in after my snowblower. The response I got was "well, it didn't snow"....Well I don't think we lost power. When I visited the store recently to check the status I was told that NOW, my snowblower repair is behind lawn mowers that came in weeks after my snowblower. Unbelievable. I guess if I wait long enough, my work order will be superseded by leaf blowers. Unacceptable customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

He said the they were all farmers and customers if his over the four years he's been open. They asked him to open a farm store to save the time to drive to Crisfield, Maryland for parts. His teenage grandkids once called him "Grandpop Goose" and the farmers call him a friend.
