This mall was unigue in its items. My daughter saw several jewelry items that she liked and I think she got a few in her price range. The clerks were very helpful and courteous. Large antique store with lots of cool finds. I specifically enjoyed the jewelry selection. Some of the items are a bit on the pricer side but I'm really into antique jewelry so I found a bunch of cool pieces. I would recommend checking this location out. I really enjoyed this Antique Store! I have come to love antiquing and I think this store provided a nice experience. It was a fairly big store and was actually larger than I anticipated once we got inside. You can easily spend hours here looking at their selection. It was well organized and even had info on the background of the items. The main con is that I think it was really overpriced for an antique store and that discouraged me from buying more. My husband and I went to Smith's for the third and last time. The women who work the front counter are rude and arrogant. I worked as a Vice President of Customer Service for 36 years. My team and I took great pride in delighting our customers. The women at Smith's made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I watched as one of the women made a customer look foolish. Picked out several items. Roughly $450 retail price including $300 from one vendor. Store policy is no offers. Fine. I'll take the lot anyway with the sales the vendors were running. Go explain to the front desk that I had a tax ID. I was told unless I had a paper copy of my tax ID it would not be honored. I have a picture of my tax ID on my phone that has worked everywhere I have purchased. That matches with my drivers license. I was told sorry, that is our policy. Ok. Higher end antique Co op with beautifully displayed booths, all very different. While most were genuine antiques over 100 years old there were also new decor pieces with a beachy theme and unique handicrafts. Lots of dark, heavy, ornate furniture. I was greeted several times, not sure if it was a genuine greeting or if they were checking up on me. Either way they seemed sincere. I felt prices were above average to super expensive for some of the furniture pieces. I did wish there were more variety and booths that carried mcm, 70's and 80s wares. Overall they could benefit from a less stuffy aesthetic to attract a variety of buyers. read more

They are closed, currently, on Tuesdays. This shop was about a half mile away from where I was renting a house during spring break. There are various items available...some antiques and some are booths with people selling their crafty-like items. I managed to find myself a vintage authentic Gucci purse. The ladies were very nice, as I asked them to wrap up my item to profit during travel. I also asked about making an offer to the seller, and she told me any items over $100, they can discount 10%, so if you find something, ask if they can discount, or ask them to call the vendor if it's a pricier item. I love looking for lost treasures, so you may be able to find something here. read more

Very rude front desk. Walked in at 5:10, hours posted are 10am-6pm. I walk in and am immediately met with "We're already closed. We are closing early today." To which I replied, "I'm sorry online it says you close at 6." To which she replies, "Ma'am, I'm not going to update hours online for one day, it's today only. We're closed." I was stunned. I said, "wow, you don't have to be so rude about it." To which she raised her voice and said, "Ma'am, you're being rude by arguing with me." I just walked out and said "have a good night." They looked like they had cute stuff too bad their customer service sucks. Disappointed since I drove 30 minutes and got a babysitter to watch my three year old to go here. read more

This used to be a really nice antique store now it's turning into a vintage clothing store. We have gone in there many times since the new owners took over. We used to buy a lot of antiques from there, now walk out empty handed. The quantity of antiques has gone down, replaced by vintage items and clothes. read more

How many people are traveling through the area with their pets? I brought my perfectly coiffed standard poodle in on a leash and they would not let me shop with him. He is probably cleaner than half the people in there! Not very friendly and not welcoming for sure. Otherwise, just a regular antique store with a fair amount of case goods. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped in today because I saw it on the way to dinner last night. It was a nice place, though really really heavy on catalog items, 40-50% antiques, and I know because I've been in the business for decades. I spent a lot of time combing through the items to come up with a large collection of accessory items (I was visiting from NC). I also found six pieces of furniture which I had already begun asking on UShip.com for prices to ship back to NC. As I said I was visiting from NC with my children and really didn't have any intention of shopping but when I saw the place close to our resort I had to stop. All that said, when I got to the desk after about an hour of shopping, the staff started taking tags off and wrapping my items. I had already told the manager I was a dealer and had a resale tax I'd. She said fine. Later the man who was actually ringing up items told me I would have to produce a hard copy of my resale certificate. I have only an image sent by the DOR of NC. It has all my business information including my personal name. I have used it in nearly every state without a problem. He said that wasn't enough. I said had a business check and credit card. That wasn't enough. I asked him if I could print the file and he could accept that. He said no problem but you can't print it here. I said can I email it to you? He said no. I said I was traveling, didn't have a printer, could he just help me out? He said no you'll have to pay the tax. I asked him for the standard state form, that every state uses for resale purchases in which you are attesting under penalty of law that the info you give is current and correct. He said not without a hard copy of my certificate. I asked where this policy is written to which he said, you just have to pay the tax and laughed. At that point I'd had it with his rudeness and said he could keep the items. He then told me "Great! Good riddance to you!" And with that I walked out the door. The manager was right there through all of this and never said a peep. I hope the good dealers of this mall know how the management is driving away business because today the management didn't drive away THEIR customer, they drive away the customer of the 13-14 dealers I was going to make purchases from. From what I read about this management teams penchant to close doors at the drop of a hat plus their STELLAR customer service looks to me to be a recipe for a future out of business antique mall. I don't care how long a store has been in business unforced errors like this cause cumulative damage to a business's reputation and lead to ruin. I'm glad to see that the antiques business in gulf coast Florida is so good that you just turn away large amounts of business with a quick "Good Riddance"! Good luck with that attitude! read more

Incredibly rude service as soon as we walked in the door. One of us had recently had oral surgery and was told by the receptionist that she would not have him in her store. I guess she thought he was going to spit all over the place, judging by his manner of speaking, which was not the case. All their merchandise is so attractively arranged, and the range of what they have displayed is widespread, and some prices low enough for any wallet. It is really doesn't sell antiques. There are a series of booths along four aisles and about 75% offer new goods, such as souvenirs, or furniture meant to look old, but based on construction isn't. We consider the place close to the clearance section at a Hobby Lobby. read more

All you middle aged Karens in these reviews upset about masks clearly have no respect and no decency for other people, especially the elderly. If you haven't noticed we are in a global pandemic that has elderly at a higher risk of infection and it's proven that masks slow the spread of covid-19 by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. If you're complaining about the ELDERLY men and women working here who are making sure their customers have their masks on properly so that they don't potentially get sick, YOU are inconsiderate and selfish. If it was your family member I'm sure your outlook would be different. These men and women have a right to be worried about masks since it effects THEIR health and safety as well as yours. You should be grateful. Changing the subject, I've been to this store multiple times and it's always fun to look at that the cool trinkets and clothes they have out. The antiques are impressive, however, the staff there is horrendously rude. My mother and I visited the place out of pure curiosity. I received no welcome or recognition by the staff upon entry, even after saying "hi" to the lady behind the counter. I thought nothing of it at the time. We browsed the antiques for a good 45 minutes or so before being told by one of the staff that they're closing in 10 minutes. He seemed okay at first but as we were heading towards the door with 3 minutes to spare, he told us again that we had to leave. This time in a very rude, aggressive manner. He scoffed and unapologetically muttered under his breath that he had already told us once. It's clear the staff do not care at all about their customers. They treat their customers with not even the slightest hospitality. 1 star for the antiques, 0 stars for just about everything else. read more

It's a large warehouse that is pretty neat to walk through. It's about 50/50 old vs. contemporary and craft stuff. I saw a good amount of Hall so if I collected that, that would be cool to find. There's lots of furniture. Very LITTLE Pyrex, Fire King, Hazel Atlas, vintage Fiestaware, more P86 Fiestaware, only a couple jadeite cups/saucers. But a neat walk through. read more
