There was water in his bedroom, laundry room, and in the garage below. I quickly searched the internet and came across Resicom. I would normally research a lot of companies, but I felt like I needed someone as soon as possible. It occurred at 8:00 on a Thursday night and they arrived 2 hours later at 10:00pm. Wes was very calming and reassuring. He assessed the situation and set up fans in the affected area and took a lot of pictures for insurance purposes. He was done at midnight. At 8:00 the next morning they were there laying down protective paper and had started removing flooring and drywall from the affected area. They finished the job on the second day and kept the fans on the affected area. By Monday the fans had done their job and were removed. When the insurance adjuster arrived a week after the incident occurred, Wes was there and made her job much easier because he had already provided me with costs for the remediation and an estimate for the restoration. Everything was very thorough and the adjuster was there less than an hour. It is now time for the restoration and I will also use Resicom. The project was estimated to be completed in December of 2020 but was not completed until the end of February or March 2021. We understand Covid caused some delays but for weeks no one showed up to our place to continue work or provided updates to us regarding what is going on. We had to contact REsicom multiple times to figure out a status. Towards of the end of the project I had to ask the project manager if it can be completed asap or to complete the flooring in our master bedroom because I had back surgery scheduled and could not sleep in my guest room or on the floor any longer. Fast forward to the beginning of this year, we noticed that the flooring in our master bathroom is popping up and the grout is cracking in different areas. I do not believe this should be happening after less than a year of time. We attempted to contact REsicom for months and left voicemails with no success. Not sure what's going on or if this is normal practice for the business.
