We obtained window cleaning from a salesman going around the neighborhood. He arrived on time (10 minutes early), and we are satisfied with the window cleaning. I knock one star off for a a big muddy footprint on my chaise lounge chair on my upstairs patio and I take another star off for the damaged piece on our automatic hose reel that the window washer broke and failed to let us know. Nor did he bother to screw the nozzle back on. He could have/should have owned up to it and it would have been no big deal but he didn't. Therefore, I write this. I'm sad to have to add this review because I typically don't do bad reviews unless it is deserving. We hire this company to wash some of our windows for an event. The house is a new built and we've spent over 15k in glass railing. The next day as the sun shined thru the window I notice a lot of deep scratches on one of the panels. I doubled checked all the railing and was very upset to see that all the panels were badly scratched. These are new, how can they be so damaged. I immediately send a photo and a video to the owner and he was very rude to me. I asked him to come see the damage and maybe suggest a solution to fix. HE WAS VERY RUDE, disrespectful AND KEEP BLAMMING IT ON USI seriously only wanted him to come see the damage and maybe suggest a solution to fix it or make the scratches less visible, but he wouldn't event do that. Our railing is ruined unless I find someone who can polish it but the markings are so deep I don't think It could be done. Not sure what type of tool the cleaner used that could have damaged my glass that way. As a business, there should be some accountability and respect for the customer and I felt completely violated. read more

A gentleman was canvassing the neighborhood and offered his services for window cleaning. If I didn't need it, it would have been really easy to say no, but my windows were very dirty and the timing was perfect and we negotiated a fair price. So how could I say no? My house is a two story home with lots of windows (literally close to 50) so it involved a lot of climbing up and down ladders and in some cases carefully climbing across our roof. I scheduled a window cleaning with Scott the owner last week. We emailed back and forth and he asked for my phone number and email so he could add me to the schedule. Which I provided to him. They were suppose to be at my home at 9:00 am . I waited until 9:45 before emailing Scott to see if they we're still coming. No response. I texted Scott at 10:00 to see if they were coming. The window cleaning looks great but my Trex deck does not. They pressure washed it but left the muddy water on top so when it dried it looked like nothing had been cleaned. This company walked around our neighborhood soliciting business for $200 for interior and exterior window washing and screens. When I contacted them to schedule the service, they quoted me $150 exterior + screens and $269 for interior, exterior and screens. When I asked them why I couldn't book and receive the price of their door to door salesperson, they said the $200 was the exterior price. That made no sense to me since they quoted me $150 for exterior. The inconsistency in their pricing makes me question their integrity. Unless this was a misunderstanding and I hear from them that they will honor the $200 for everything, I would say they are not reputable and I would not recommend them. read more

He expressed his disappointment in my review and that although there was differences in pricing, the review was disheartening. Please note, this review contains little opinion. Also, to the gentleman who called me, the thousands of dollars that you mentioned I might be taking away from your family with 2 children, the few hundred dollars dishonestly quoted mean a lot to my family too: a retired man, a single mother and a young child. Dishonest. Disrespectful. Feel free to read the details below. ----- Basically, one salesman quoted me $400 because he could get me a deal because he would tell the company he misquoted me. When I was finally able to contact the company and have them come by to schedule, the original salesman was almost speechless as the second gentleman quoted $200+ more with fewer services. Upon giving details of the first conversation, the original salesman wouldn't make eye contact and tried to backpedal while the other gentleman made no apologies. ---------- The full story: One of Superior Windows' salesman named Kevin approached our house to sell exterior cleaning services. After showing interest, Kevin called his fellow salesman to inspect our home's exterior and give a quote. "Big John" proceeded to walk the perimeter of our house and we agreed power washing our tile roof and solar panels would really benefit the appearance of our house. He quoted $400 for cleaning the roof, solar panels and exterior windows. Each replaced screen would be $5. As we were passing through the gate of our yard, he jokingly said they could do it all for that rate, even though it was low, because he "could tell [the company] he misquoted me." Fast forward to a week ago. The time was right to have this work done. I called several times. No answer. Their flyer indicated I could book online. Couldn't find a place to book online. I was finally able to reach someone today. The gentlemen said they would be by to discuss pricing within an hour and a half. Not very friendly. Much longer than that, I called again and the gentlemen said they were "literally four minutes away." Again, not very friendly. "Big John" and another gentleman arrived. The quote was $400 for the roof only, solar panels and exterior windows at an additional cost per panel and window. Window screen repair would be $10-15 per screen. Minimum price was $575...no exterior windows although they mentioned the windows would be very dirty after cleaning the roof. I repeated several parts of "Big John's" quote conversation. The other gentleman strongly denied the possibility of that kind of quote and "Big John" wouldn't make eye contact and then mumbled about new pricing. All in all, the new quote was over $600. Our Elementary school was hosting a drive through Holiday food drive event with our families. We contacted Scott to ask if he would donate his lighting services and he immediately said yes. Scott and his crew were incredible, they made our event so successful and lit up our school, they kids couldn't believe how incredible their school looked. They did it all for free for the benefit of our school, our kids and our event. They hung hundreds of lights for us the day before and came the day of the event to help us with all of the electrical logistics. Scott checked with us during the event to make sure it was going ok and came the next day to take all of the lights down. There is NO way we could have had such a successful event without Superior windows. This food drive benefited two local food banks as well as the families in our school who were in need of a fun Holiday community connectivity event.
