The company that came and repaired my unit gave an entirely different diagnosis and it was on the outside two pipes the company had to solder where the Freon was leaking from. Amazing the difference in trying to save the customer unnecessary money on new units when your unit is 12 years old and out of Warranty. Unfortunately the HW Heater started leaking again from inside the tank. Called Paschall again and Jason came back out and tried to find the leak but no success. They gave me a quote for a new HW Heater and I felt the price was reasonable and didn't need to get estimates anywhere else. Jason installed the new HW Heater and everything went smoothly with no problems. Highly recommend these folks...they do good work and make sure the job is done right!

Over the years, service started declining until one day, they sent out a tech who couldn't find the outside unit (geo doesn't have one), and then gave me a clean bill of health. Tried to sell me some unneeded services to address an issue I didn't have and then left quickly with error codes flashing on the unit. *Sigh*. I called the company, but no one from service called back, or credited back the bi-annual 'service' I received. They were once great, were bought out, and now are terrible. So, I will be taking my service needs elsewhere. *WOW!* Just read the other reviews- it seems like there is consensus!
