The seating area was uncomfortably cold due to an overhead door being left open. When we politely asked if it could be closed, we were told others wanted it open -- even though there were only two other people nearby. It felt more like a staff preference than a guest-comfort decision. What stood out most was that we felt like an inconvenience rather than welcomed customers. It's nice to hear staff enjoying their day, but when five or six employees are standing around chatting while tables go unattended, it sends the wrong message.
