I called over seven businesses, and ALL GLASS was the only one that responded that they would do the job. Sears and two other window shops responded that they don't do little jobs like mine. The other shops did not even bother to call back. All Glass showed up for my window replacement, explaining what would happened when they removed the rest of the tempered glass that had broken. They placed a tarp on the inside and on the outside of my house to collect the tiny pieces of broken glass. They did the job beautifully and cleaned up both areas. I will spare you the stories of his kids and pictures of his dog and just tell you that the initial quote (hang onto your hat) was $75K. Three normal doors. We finally were able to chase him out. And we called Windows World. The salesperson who came out was not on commission. He did not do a hard sell like the first person. He just talked about doors. We wanted a french door that would swing out. First bidder said he could do that. The WW sales person said that it was not possible because that's not how doors are made. He said they would do it if we signed a release accepting that we wanted the door installed backwards. The WW experience was pleasant and efficient. The quote was under $20K. Quite a bit under. It takes awhile to get the product so now we wait but, if you need doors and probably windows, don't forget these guys. I think they are honest and I hope they do a good job manufacturing and installing our doors.

Received a quote cheaper than our 3 previous quotes and the customer service from Micah Cunningham was great. The only delay in our service was weather, which none of us could control. The roof was replaced in one day, with unforeseen costs being rotted wood under the shingles. These costs were communicated prior but because of the rising cost of wood, it still stung a little. The gutters were put on the following week. They did an amazing job and our end unit townhome had a real face lift. There was another unforeseen cost due to a slight miscommunication but Micah remedied this and adjusted the cost. I discovered a leak on 30 Dec and panicked it might be my roof. I called Matt and he agreed to stop…read moreby on his way to another job. Meeting him for the first time, he was very confident and knowledgeable. He assured me he was experienced and wouldn't take advantage of my situation by charging more than I could reasonably afford. He got on the roof and went into the attic and reassured me my roof was fine. I still didn't know where the leak was coming from. The next day Matt called me, although his role was over and there was no roof issue to repair. He said he had been preoccupied trying to figure out the leak source. He suggested I call my insurance company to file a claim and have them look for the issue. My carrier surprised me and came out the same day (Dec 31). The leak was found on a cold water line and immediately repaired. They sent water restoration people (also Matt's suggestion) who took over to address any moisture and begin to rebuild the wall and floor section that had been damaged. I am so thankful I met Matt! He is one of the last honest and caring artisans I have met in recent years. His voluntary follow up with us shows me that some people still have a conscience and do care that working people don't get cheated.
