I came across Foothill Trophy and Engraving and the trophies were so on point. The coloring, style and weight of the trophy was perfect. We also asked Joss to design the trophy engraving and he did a GREAT job. They came out soooooo good. The recipients of the trophies were very impressed and happy with the trophies.

To make matters worse, she canceled the order at the last minute after creating unnecessary confusion and difficulty throughout the process. The entire experience felt as though completing the order was a favor rather than a service she had agreed to provide. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. If this is how customers are treated, it is hard to understand why anyone would want to do business here.

I submitted an order for a plaque on May 25 that included adding a photo. On May 26, I received an…read moreemail from the company stating that they do not print photos onsite and that I would need to provide a printed copy myself. Unfortunately, this information was never disclosed online prior to placing the order. Had that been clearly stated, I would have selected a different product from the beginning. I responded to the email explaining that this information was not available online and stated that I would instead like to order a different item. However, after sending my response, I received an email notifying me that my order had simply been canceled. There was no phone call, follow-up email, or attempt to ask what alternative item I would like to purchase. I then called the store and spoke with Jon. I explained that I felt the order was handled poorly and that a courtesy call or email should have been made before canceling the order, especially to discuss replacement options. During the conversation, Jon was dismissive and rude. When I asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he runs the store. I then asked for the owner's contact information, and he responded by saying, "That doesn't matter." As a returning customer, I found this interaction extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns, Jon repeatedly mentioned that he had worked for the company for 14 years, as though that excused the way I was treated. I value professionalism and customer service, especially when supporting local businesses. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect either. I will be sharing my experience with coaching colleagues and others in my network so they are aware of how customers may be treated.

I had slightly hit the glass when I leaned on the bike he came running out and yelled at me, told me if I break anything outside he'll personally make sure I get arrested, then my friend walked out, as soon as he did the owner threatened to take us straight to the cops. Me and my friend left and the owner just kept staring at us, worst trophy store experience ever!

Quote of $545 given the following…read moreday, 12/2/25 for overhaul, refinish, gasket, water resistance maintenance and estimate of 2-3 weeks turnaround time. Watch came back after almost 2 months on 1/30/26 with case tool markings and scratches. E/mailed Kevork upset, he responded immediately and apologized for returning the watch with these flaws unnoticed. To his credit, Kevork responds almost immediately to e-mails and is excellent with timely communication. He e-mailed a pre-paid return packing slip, apologized for sending back my watch in such condition, and promised to work on it so it comes back as good as new. Watch was received the second time by Time Tec on 2/5/26. It came back today, 3/9/26 after a little over a month turn around time. Kevork delivered as he promised, the pictures speak for themselves. I would rather he did it right the first time, but I'm really grateful my experience with Kevork and Time Tec ended on a positive note. When I went to pick it up, I brought in a watch for servicing and some more jewelry for Cleaning. All of which is completely reasonably priced. I'm really looking forward to having them make a custom piece for me with some loose stones I have. The entire staff is just such a pleasure. I get the impression that regardless of what you bring in, or what you need done- They treat it and you with the same care and respect as they would the Hope diamond.
