I got my all weather mats, used but better tires than what was on there and the car only had 23K miles on it and it's a 2020. The salesman said that Smithtown Nissan does not do business with TrueCar and that someone acted independently to post this deal on TrueCar. That is complete nonsense. AI will guide you through the process. I have only done small claims once before but the dealership has to send a representative after they are served and that is a nuisance. You won't get repaid for your time, but you will earn your gas/toll money back as well as any fees that you pay to file in court. Most importantly, if they mess with you, get them back! It is easy! Most importantly, don't do business with dealers who don't honor posted prices. I walked out of there, called TrueCar customer support (they picked up almost instantaneously) and today I will file in small claims court for 20 dollars in gas.
