    Rainbow cookie martini! OMG LOVE

So we came here only because we drove by and saw it looked nice. We stopped in and greeted by the friendliest person, Cassie - her customer service skills were so on point. The inside of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and their food was phenomenal with a big serving. The staff was great, the decor was super cute. And it wasn't too expensive for a nice, romantic place like this. On the left side of this restaurant, there was a long bar - so nice! Very chill and relaxing. Apparently they have pie sales on a Monday, and Sunday they have a live musician. Their bathrooms were super nice. Also, I had the best drink I've ever had: Rainbow Cookie Martini. It's a MUST try! Alex the bartender was great and friendly. All around, this restaurant was a complete win! Can't wait to come back here again!

Came here for two birthdays and we were generously greeted with a champagne toast. It also happened to be restaurant week so we took advantage of that and ordered the zucchini fritters for an app, they were good, not greasy. My mom and I split the vodka lasagna and the chicken vodka parmesan and both were amazing and decent portion sizes. The vodka sauce was so creamy and flavorful. I ordered the pistachio martini and I was blown away by how good it was. We also got the bread pudding and brownie alla mode for desserts. They upcharge for credit card though and the service was beyond friendly! I'll be back soon!

There have been a few changes over the years, but many of the items we always loved are still on the menu, along with some new ones. Of course, we had to order some of our old favorites the bacon-wrapped dates, garlic shrimp, chorizo, and skewers and everything was just as delicious as I remembered. The red sangria has always been my go-to here, especially with all the fruit in it, and it was just as good as it used to be. Our waiter, Steve, was incredible, and the entire staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. I believe Rich, the owner, stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was perfect, which added such a personal touch. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, like stepping onto the set of an old-world Italian movie. The soft Italian music, warm lighting, and elegant atmosphere made for a perfect dining experience. The drinks were spot on. I had two Belvedere vodkas on the rocks with martini olives, and they were perfectly prepared. The specials all sounded tempting, but the regular menu offers more than enough outstanding choices, with an impressive selection of pasta, chicken, veal, and seafood dishes. We started with the Insalata Mista, featuring romaine, Boston lettuce, chicory, radicchio, tomatoes, and anchovies, along with roasted peppers and anchovies. I can never get enough anchovies. For our entrées, we shared a bone-in chicken special served with a rich Gorgonzola cream sauce, and a simple but perfectly executed linguine with garlic and oil. Sometimes the simplest dishes are the most satisfying. Dessert was outstanding--a slice of rainbow cake served with zabaglione, fresh blueberries, and whipped cream, accompanied by two flawless cappuccinos. Yes, the food was outstanding. Yes, the service was outstanding. And yes, the atmosphere was outstanding. But what really sets this place apart is something that's hard to describe: the vibe. It's warm, authentic, welcoming, and just feels old world special. Years ago, my favorite restaurant on Long Island was Caracalla on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset. Sadly, it burned down in 2013, and I've been searching ever since for a restaurant that could fill that void. Nothing ever did--until now. Sempre Vivolo has officially earned that spot. It has become my new favorite restaurant on Long Island, and I can't wait to go back.

Have eaten here many times; whether it is the homemade pasta, fish, chicken, or steak, they always get it right. The most important thing is the sauce; a thick, well cooked, dark red sauce. Delicious! I have to say, even better than mine. Last night, we had the stuffed pork, which I generally don't like pork, but it was stuffed and dressed in a brown mushroom sauce; it was tender and delicious. The homemade ravioli and meatballs were so good, I was barely willing to share them with the hubby.

I went with the chickpea fries, which were very crispy on the outside and extremely creamy on the inside. It is coated in a layer of chickpea powder and then fried. It was very interesting and i'd order this again. It paired well with the harissa aioli. For my entrée, I got the beer-battered fish and chips. My fries were much thicker than everyone else's, and they also came with potato chips that tasted oily. I didn't love the fish and chips and wouldn't order this again, but my friends enjoyed their burgers, shrimp cocktail, French onion soup, and roasted cauliflower steak. Service was good. The wait staff checked on us many times to make sure everyone got their food and that our water cups were full. The outside of Mirabelle is beautiful, and we saw it being set up for a baby shower. Everything was well-seasoned without being too salty, and everyone in our group was very impressed with their meals. The only downside was parking. It was a bit difficult to find a spot, but there appeared to be a private party or event going on, so that likely contributed to the crowded lot. Unfortunately, things have definitely changed. The vibe that once made this place special just isn't there anymore. On a Friday night, the atmosphere feels flat, and even the lighting could use some work (Too Bright) it would benefit from being dimmed to create a more inviting and energetic setting. The staff doesn't seem as engaged as they once were, and sadly, the food isn't hitting the same either. The biggest disappointment, however, has been the music. The DJs don't seem to know how to read the crowd. When most of the room is sitting down and barely even bobbing their heads, it's probably time to switch things up and get some energy flowing. The one bright spot is Mike behind the bar. He's still on point, keeps the drinks coming, and provides the level of service that keeps customers happy. I truly enjoyed this place in the past, which makes it even more disappointing to see it heading in this direction. I'm hoping management takes notice and brings back the atmosphere that made people want to keep coming back.
