I had a 20.00 bill ready to give him because I always give a tip for anyone that comes out to the house, but 50.00 for five minutes look, when they advertise free estimate! Bad way to treat a Disabled combat Vet or any other customer, it's really a bad business practice. Lost a customer today. So basically I paid almost $200 to install a $107 box All I can do and will continue to do is spread the word and if I can drive at least one potential customer Away from these crooks I will be happy ! The old grass wasn't properly removed leaving large chucks of old grass and weeds. Then the ground wasn't rotor tilled, or prepped/ leveled. Then once the sod was laid, it had huge gaps, some were 2-3 inch inches, between pieces. After the sod was installed they never rolled it, so everything was uneven and many pieces never took. Months after, the weeds started growing through the cracks and it looks almost as bad as it did before they started. Don't waste your money with this company.
