i would give 10 stars to vu and his staff!!!! they are the best!!! if you go anywhere else, you are a fool, like i was. pep boys quoted me $2,500 for motor mounts and two front arms on my 2011 toyota avalon, and vu and his staff did it for $1,300 and my 2008 toyota corolla s ,had a check engine light on and i had taken it to another technician, who charged me $400 and didn't fix the problem, then he told me it's a main sensor and that was going to cost me another $800, that also wouldn't have fixed the problem, i found that out when i took it to vu and his staff. they found and fixed the check engine light problem!!! thank you so much i am now a customer for life!!! read more

Called this place, dude answered immediately told me pricing and I brought my car in. No wait , he got to work on my Acura Cl 2001 and I enjoyed his beverage choices in the waiting room, although he was watching Steve Harvey the talk show, I was able to enjoy things on my phone. $30 oil change , in and out , pretty good, like this Vietnamese Coffee he had available Hard to find because it is off the street , you actually pull in past an auto sale office. When I moved away for college, I always dreaded taking my car in for smog checks.. usually a simple smog check would cost me new brakes, new tires, an oil change. New oil filter, new this and new that, etc etc. Some ppl/places like to take advantage of what I don't know. But not Vu! I came back to him and sure enough, he walked me through everything. And even explained to me when my oil is low or bad. And when to do my next oil change. Smog check was super fast and efficient as well. Hi Yelpers! I've only given 2 other 5 stars in my reviews. I don't really give it unless the place goes above and beyond of what they do. Having said that the reason for 5 stars is the service was awesome and price is better than other places that I got quotes from. And they went above and beyond their services of just being generous and trustworthy. I drove by this place when my car needed an oil change and then I liked the work so much I scheduled a tune up at 100k miles. I met the mechanic, Vu, and he was awesome. Very nice dude and helpful with hints to take care of my car. I scheduled my tune up with him. Tune ups take a long time I guess so he lent me his car for the rest of the day. His price was way better than any quote I got from other places by at least $100. For sure I will bring my Acura to do the tune up here when it is needed.
