There are two kinds of doctor's in this world as far as I'm concerned. There are human doctors and then there's car doctors. Both just as equally important. Especially, if you know nothing about cars like me. After getting the run-around from other shops (Firestone), including a dealership (Subaru of San Bernardino), I had learned of this shop by word of mouth at work. I can't help to think, why I never heard of this place before. Doing business here, I found this place to be trustworthy and honest. Not only with my service, but from other interactions I observed with other customers, as I waited for my car. No person was treated differently, as consistency is key. I saw a lot of repeat customers walk through. Returning customers is always a good sign for a business. Customer satisfaction is what helps build a long lasting relationship between a business and a customer. So much so, one customer sitting next to me was third generation bringing his car here. This alone should speak magnitudes. Anyways, bottom line is they know how important your car is to you and that's why they work hard to make sure your car is repaired to get you back on the road. When the estimate is the price you pay, that's reason enough for another 5-star review. The crew at Manuel's in Rialto showed me the uneven tread wear during a routine tire rotation and immediately swung into action, ordering up a quartet of Falken Sincera tires to be installed at this location because the alignment computer in Rialto needed to be upgraded. The counter guy also signed me up for the 6-months same-as-cash financing. On the appointed day and time, they went right to work and, miracle of miracles, billed me the exact estimate for the tires, 4-wheel alignment and the usual disposal and other fees. There were none of the typical Jiffy Lube/Pep Boys shenanigans like the dreaded "Can you step over here, please?" followed by the relentless barrage of upsells, add-ons and faked maintenance schedules. Just an overall pleasant stress-free experience. National chains might offer "4th tire FREE!" or "$75.00 VISA Gift Card!" but trust me, you pay for those things somewhere else on the bill. Ditch the chains. Shop LOCAL! You'll be glad you did. read more

Really great work, and great prices. The guy who currently who runs this location gave me his honest opinion. My alternator went out when I was driving home. I have a 96 Acura Integra, never changed the alternator, it's 2017 and my car is 21 years old. This shop uses Napa as their authorized parts dealer. I told them i wanted the original OEM alternator, a Denso. They called Napa, but Napa wouldn't have the Denso until the next day. They also told me they used Star Auto Parts but they stopped using them because a lot of customers came back because the Star Auto part they put on their car didn't last. So I told them I can't call off from work again. They told me across the street, they rebuild alternators and starters within 1 hour. So I went across the street, and they asked for my old alternator, have me a Denso that was rebuilt and it looked damn near new, and painted new inside parts in the alternator and new screw's. They took my old one gave me the rebuilt Denso, and I only paid $60 for the swap, versus Star Auto wanted $250 for rebuilt and $350 for new. Manuel's Tires only charged me $100 flat for installation. But keep in mind, every car has a different price. In the past, they charged me $75 to install a radiator, $400 to install a transmission, $400 for a heater core, and a lot of other things such as tune ups, oil changes, oil pan gasket change, thermostat, and heater hoses. Etc. I have been coming to Manuel's tires since about 2005. read more

Took my car in for a simple patch for my tire. payed fifteen glad I didn't tip, they seemed sketchy. next day the tire was low. turns out, got charged double and there was no patch. never again. don't waste your time. read more

Manuel's took me without an appointment, did a great job on a front end alignment, and also did an oil change (I supplied the oil) all for under $100. I must have called a dozen places and they all either couldn't take me right away, wanted hundreds of dollars just for an alignment, or couldn't do an alignment AND an oil change.
