If your car has issues, they will advise of the issue. They are STAR Test Certified. They are not a SMOG Test & Repair Company. TEST only. If your car fails you need to visit a Test & Repair facility. Many think SMOG n' Go can do this. They do not. Recently, I took my 2004 Mazda3 2.3L with over 240K miles, to get it smogged once again. The first time was when I took my car out of Non-Op and got operational and it passed. While my car doesn't look the best exterior wise. Keeping up on the engine maintenance helps a lot. Now I'm not sure why people complain about this site or the retail itself. But I think its mainly due to the fact they don't research or go by hearsay. But here is a tip. Visit smogtips.com.
