Umm do you guys not have my receipt and know the protocol? Is this a person by person basis? This was very shady and unprofessional. He then calls said owner, and tells me he will charge me. The workers here are so friendly it literally feels like you're coming to visit a friend or family. He stated, "You have to drive it 100 miles before you come back to re-test." "You could have just had the computer re-set." I was not told about the needed 100 miles to be driven. The rude guy tells me that Pep Boys should have told me about the 100 miles and that I should have told them why I was there; basically it all falls on me.
