Kinda bummed out about this place. It's cool depending who's working. I bought a vape for 25 cash and they didn't charge me tax, very cool. Dude said if there's anything wrong with it to just bring it back. Now 3 days later there's something wrong with my geek bar. It's nearly full at 78, but tastes bad, kinda burnt, and it's difficult to pull. So I take it back and another dude tells me there's nothing he can do, not cool. 1 star for you working at 5p on 8/15. Everything I always buy from their never has prices, sometimes I pay more and sometimes less for the same products. Since they have new ownership and definitely don't know how to keep customers almost every time I go in which is or at least was often they are always out of what I'm looking for. They don't keep a good supply at all. Unfortunately, since it's the only smoke shop in Fillmore I always have to go out of town for my vaping needs because this one never has what I need. And anywhere else I go they are always fully stocked in what I need. It's very frustrating to go here so many times for the same items and they never have them in stock. They really need to get their act together and run the business better. Employees never seem to know what they have much less where it might be. One time employee asked me if I had a picture of what I was looking for. No other place I've been to has ever asked me for pictures. They are very unprofessional. Manager (Alex) is worse, employee called him to ask if he knew if we carried something and he could care less to being polite or helpful. Regular customer. The owners appear to be a middle-age husband and wife (or brother and sister) who work there regularly together and employ a sales associate. They seem to have a full assortment of rolled cigarettes and lose tobacco for rolling or pipe smoking. Also they offer an assortment of rolling papers, exotic smoking paraphernalia, a nifty assortment of pocket knives, and miscellaneous bric-a-brac and novelty items. And don't forget to add a cold pop and lottery ticket to your purchase. Customers are treated with respect and kindness. I have been going to this shop since i moved here to Fillmore and i have to say i have never been this amazed by the lack of knowledge in a smoke shop. Nearly every time i go in, there is a new girl who has no understanding of the products and anytime i have asked to speak to a manager or owner of some kind i have been met with excuses. Also I have purchased multiple vape products from this store which were tampered with (i.e. new cartridges that were opened and filled with nasty smelling liquids, faulty mods that when looked up were discontinued, and filters that I was told would be the correct fit but were not). I have restrained myself from writing any sort of review on this place for some time because It is the only smoke shop we have here in Fillmore. But at this point it is a safety issue and I truly hope they get it together because it is a shame how poorly this store is run. read more

Excellent customer service! The people who work here really know how to treat their customers! I came out of here 100% satisfied. They have really great cigarette prices. They have a great variety of things for sale here including non-smoking related things like incense, sunglasses, keychains, lanyards and even sodas and other drinks. Love this place and the owner and his wife. They are the most polite people ever! read more

Generally smoke shops have sketchy people working there but this place is owned and ran by a lovely couple. Prices are solid and selection is great. They were very nice and service was great. I will go back when in the area. read more
