Awful awful experience! I'm not expecting 5 star service but I was completely rushed & made to feel stupid by the teller. I asked one question & and I guess that offended him & made him freak out on me, he said that i need to know what id want before coming in... I went to smoke chief twice and had two very different experiences with the same employee. I needed a specific piece for my rig, so I brought my piece in to make sure the item I bought would fit. The man working the sales counter (who was very kind the first time I was in the store) assured me what he sold me was going to work, though I didn't think it would. He's the pro- so I took his word for it. Spoiler alert- it didn't work. ‍ I brought the item I purchased back- in perfect condition with a receipt. There are clear signs around the store that said no refunds or exchanges. Totally get it. No problem. Since the sales person was confident in selling me the wrong item once already, I asked if I could exchange the item I was about to purchase- just in case it didn't work...again. Mind you, I never asked for a refund or an exchange for what I already bought- just that if I would be able to try what I was about to buy and be able to switch it out if necessary, since his 'expertise' wasn't expert the first time around. I was expecting a simple, 'yes' or 'no' which would have been fine. Instead, the man told me not to come back. ‍ I don't understand why he turned on me, but I will honor his request and spend my money elsewhere. Other smoke shops nearby include Smoke Shop Plus at 7320 S. Rainbow and On The Run Smoke shop at 7315 Warm Springs. I've had positive experiences at both of these other nearby shops! DON'T buy a vape here!​ They sell damaged product that can't be exchanged or refunded. I should have gone to a "strictly vape" shop. The two employees that I dealt with are friendly but had no knowledge at all. It's 659 I was in this store and the guy kept trying to get me to leave as he continued taking customers for bills hit cigz. I was looking for a vape pen and was willing to spend up to 150 he just kept repeating we close at 7, I said I've been here for 10 min and u have yet to help me and it's 657. He then said 89.00for a pen I said OK is that universal? He said no sorry we are closed its 7pm as another guy walks in looking for rolling papers. I said your closed yet you keep taking customers? I then said it's a shame your letting a 150 dollar sale walk out your door and he just rolled his eyes. Shame on this worker and this company to allow this kind of service to take place.
