I smoked for 42 years and now have vaped the past 18mths. However I needed to buy loose tobacco, papers and a rolling device to send to my son and had no idea what I was doing as I'd been a slave to Marlboro the whole 42 years. I was immediately offered assistance when I walked in looking lost. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable and understood I what I wanted, why I wanted to spend the least amount I could and still get quality. She wasn't pushy or impatient with my questions. I ended up with good, inexpensive tubes and a decent roller. I've gone back one time more for Tubes & Tobacco and hopefully my (adult) son won't need care packages in the future. As a long time smoker I know nothing else matters when in need of a nicotine fix. As a shopper nothing else matters but product quality, low prices and good customer service. On a side note if your looking to quit and need incentive and are a strict Marlboro smoker look up what they did to make it harder to quit smoking by developing free basing YES! Free basing! Back in the early 60's people were quitting due to the discovery of health issues. It was easy to quit back then. I read the following info and made up my mind. Since nicotine doesn't cause cancer, and combustibles do, I went to vaping for my daily nicotine. For some reason black licorice and cinnamon helped during my transition time. Anyways, smoke or don't smoke, but be informed and don't let the government/lobbyists take away your choice to vape if you choose to! I shopped exclusively with not only the Kennewick store but also the Richland store. The last few times I have shopped in Kennewick the employees are rude, short and act like you can't get out fast enough. When I was shopping yesterday, all I could hear was the tall brunette complaining about another employee not helping customers. I waited at least 5 mins and finally left. The 2 employees working were more interested in their conversation then helping me and another customer. Yes they give you a discount if you have a lanyard but the discount doesn't help if your not able to purchase what you need. I will shop down the street where they do offer help and act like they appreciate your business. read more

It's so frustrating how hit or miss the service is. I have had some of the most amazing conversations and gotten a ton of information from staff but every once in awhile I get helped by someone who is so rude or just hates their job. Today I went in and the girl with the bleach split bangs was literally so rude and unhelpful I have no idea what I did to deserve the attitude. I was annoyed that some disposables just stop on you and I was trying to get advice on a new one to try. As a manager at another retail store, this could have been an opportunity to sell me a good one for good money. I ended up with a cheap one to get me by because I wanted out of there. The energy was off. I just hate dread coming here because I never know what experience I'll have. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Dont buy from this store. They are selling fake disposable pens, dab nails and caps. Brought to the owners attention and he has done nothing but say he can give a discount for more merchandise purchased. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. read more

The new set up makes it so that half of the store is blind to the employees. Employees don't pay attention to who came in 1st and just help whoever is in front of them. I waited for quite a while as multiple other customers pushed in front of me then when I finally got help they refused to sell me a product they had because it was on display. I have had them send me to Richland for a piece that Richland supposedly had in stock, only to get there and have then try to upsell me because they didn't have it in stock after all. Overall, this place 'ducking' sucks and you will be well served too buy your glass elsewhere. read more

i worked here for one day, realized it was a absolute joke. unfortunately it's the only place with decent vape juice other wise i would never give them my money. Staff is usually rude, acts like they are better than you. THE PRODUCTS never last more than 2 days. and the employees harass you if you try to return with everything you need. This has to do with the Richland store but since they are all same owner. Around the 1st of July I purchased some e juice, actually I bought 2 bottles, the same flavor. When I got home I realized that one of the bottles had the seal broken and was 10 months expired. I took the bottle back to Richland store and was told "there is nothing I can do" about a week later I went to the Kennewick store and was offered a 15% discount on a purchase made right then. They have signs on the door that read "no refunds, exchanges only". That is all I was seeking, a simple exchange. I only give it 1 star because I have to in order to submit review. read more
