The selection is extremely large and can be overwhelming so ask for assistance. Today I just purchased a few cigars and looked around of all the accessories that Education Cigar and Pipe have, excellent prices and for accessories from ash trays to lighters. I am not a pipe smoker but notice all the pipe tobacco. When you buy your cigar go through the casino and you can grab a drink and go outside t the outdoor smoking area where you can set and relax with hour cigar, drink and watch a sports game! The 2 employees working were more interested in their conversation then helping me and another customer. Yes they give you a discount if you have a lanyard but the discount doesn't help if your not able to purchase what you need. Today I went in and the girl with the bleach split bangs was literally so rude and unhelpful I have no idea what I did to deserve the attitude. I was annoyed that some disposables just stop on you and I was trying to get advice on a new one to try. As a manager at another retail store, this could have been an opportunity to sell me a good one for good money. I ended up with a cheap one to get me by because I wanted out of there. The energy was off. I just hate dread coming here because I never know what experience I'll have.
