I love all the options of e-juice this shop has. So far it's the most reasonably priced with the friendliest staff in town that I've met. The staff however is not always the most knowledgeable with what they actually have in stock but if you remember to get a receipt upon check out they will exchange an item if purchased incorrectly. The stock of glass pieces is also really nice here; I imagine for anyone needing things like that would be happy with the selection and it's nice they sell cigarettes as well. A good friend and I decided to go in and get a few things for a new hookah a friend of mine recently got. This store has everything you could possibly want or need for smoking. I think these type of stores are interesting because besides hookah I do not smoke anything else. When you walk in you notice a sign that says you must be 18 years old to enter. This is nice that they do not want little kids running around. The shop has a big glass wall that you do need to ask someone who works their to let you into the cases. For what we were going in, we had asked a few questions from the workers and they were really helpful. We went in and bough coals, and flavored tobacco for the hookah. We did go around and look at the other stuff this store had. They had a lot of pipes, they had some bongs, and they had plenty of other little smoke things that I do not even know what they are. I found them all to be really interesting as someone who does not smoke. I found the staff to be really friendly and accommodating. They helped answer all the questions that we had which was nice and they gave us a lot of great advice. I think the price alone is great when they help like this. The clerk showed me everything but wasn't pushy, trying to upsell. And I got a dab tool for... well, I just wanted one, don't be nosey. The clerk found me a cute one that matched my pipe. The prices for the items are extremely over priced and from what I've personally experienced with their pipes and glass products is that they look beautiful yet lack in functionality, they work best as paper weights or just used once in a while because these are a lot harder to clean out than most. I also was a dumbass and purchased a pipe in the moment and spent 40 bucks without really realizing it and ofc I just decided to keep it since it was so pretty but once I used it I quickly realized I will never use it again. They have cool stickers but besides that everything vape related (besides juul pods) are incredibly expensive. For example, a milkman 10 mil vape juice was 26$, and the juice on clearance isnt good and still $17 for a mediocre, old small bottle of juice. They do sell one hitters (for tobacco) but instead of selling it for $2 ( like every other place sells them) they sell them for $7!!! Ana spent over 10 minutes on the phone (I live 2 hours away) reading me word for word directions and ingredients of several products they carried so I could make an educated decision about which product to have my boyfriend, who was in the area, pick up. She was way more than happy to help me from start to end and the manager who assisted in helping my boyfriend was just as welcoming and patient, even just minutes before they closed which is very hard to find! I went in to buy a glass filter, and was charged $3. I thought that was a little high, so I went down the street to another company, and they have the same product for $1.
