Also reading about them selling incorrect products like coils and not exchanging them for correct ones. Also selling items with incorrect items in the BOX. SMH. There no refund policy makes them untrustworthy. Follow a complaint to FTC. Federal trade commission.Super easy. Takes 2 minutes.This will help prevent stores from doing this to consumers. read more

I wanna say is Dev was perfect she was very knowledgeable about her products I've been to a lot of smoke shops where a lot of people are knowledgeable and don't know what they're talking about but she definitely knows and i had a great experience and she hooked me up with a great product and I will definitely be back thank you guys thank you Dev! read more

I've lived in katy for 3 years and this was my go to smoke shop. In the last 4 months, they seem to have fired all the cool, chill people and hired typical smoke shop douches. Like the other commenter mentioned, there is one specific employee who continuously seems to have a bad attitude when I come in. Also, I tried to return an unopened, sealed electronic item and I wasn't even offered store credit. Sad to see that customer service is no longer prioritized here. read more

Don't go here they sell fake tanks and don't keep there word. I unknowingly bought a fake aspire nautilus tank and a bigger (than I already had) battery for it with no instructions. I was told if the battery was not stronger than my eleaf I could bring it back for a refund. Well not only was it not as strong as mine (eleaf went to 5.5v and the new one went to only 5v) it didn't work half the time. So I brought it back the next day and was told I could only get a store credit and they wouldn't have any new shipments till Friday (2 days later). He made me leave the battery with the receipt. So I went back Friday and got a different battery but no receipt back. Well the next day the aspire tank started leaking. So I changed the coil and it was fine for only 2 more days. I read on google about fake tanks so I looked up the security code on the aspire website and its a fake, and I have no receipt. Not that it would matter read more
