I messed up and did not check the package so when I got home it was missing a coil. Originally I bought vape juice and the girl was super informative but after doing research I realized they completely took advantage of me the second time I came in. I will never recommend this place there is 2 locations within the area that offer better deals and just as good customer service than this place with prices that are FAIR! I have been buying my mango Juul pods in this vape shop for over a year at the usual price of $25. I went today to buy my regular pack of pods and the guy told me that it is $35 today. When I asked why he said because nobody else has the mango flavor today so he's taking advantage of the situation. What kind of behavior is this? Telling a long term client that he has to pay a 40% premium for a product they clearly have in stock! I could see at least 20 packs on the counter. They also gave me attitude and said that I should go look for it somewhere else if I don't like the price. I will never buy anything from this business again and neither should you. My go-to vape shop. Great selection of juices, devices, and atomizers. If they didn't have what I wanted, they've offered to order it for me. Everyone on the staff is super chill and extremely knowledgeable (thanks Julio!). I've learned a ton from them. Best prices in the area and a decent rewards program. Every now and then they host cloud and trick competitions with great prizes, free food and drinks. I'm not a vape competitor, but I won some raffle prizes (so much juice!) and had a great time. Really shocked that people get by doing Buisness like this. Walked in and the girl behind the counter didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered. There was one other person in there but that's no excuse not to greet a new customer. I looked around a bit, really small selection of RBAs and Mods, a mix of clones and k100's with one or two real mods in the case. Nice looking brass / SS Chi you in the case (which I would have probably bought if anyone gave me service and could have assured me it wasn't a clone). Juice selection was ok but not anything super special. The girl finally asked me if I needed help (even that seemed reluctant) but I was done by then. So, I walked into this place and Chris greeted me right away. He helped me choose the flavors and they do have many of the best flavors I have ever tried. The customer service was great. We chilled there for a while and tried all of the different flavors. Best deals ever. I have been to many different vape stores and checked out different prices but have always managed to wait because I knew I could get the best deal from him. The Provari prices here are the best. They have the battery and the charger all together unlike some other vape stores in West Covina that told me that batteries had to be ordered somewhere else. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a starter kit. They have the best selections and Chris was always willing to work with you no matter what your budget is. He will get you what you need and these are not knockoffs either. I usually get the Gruicy "Throwback" or Faded Vapes "The Godfather." When it comes to "E-Juice" they have a personal one-on-one service that caters to your taste. "No rush, try them all," he says while he explains the different hints of flavors in each. I usually come here to buy my vape needs after work and I'm usually in and out but my last visit here was not so pleasant. In fact, I was very uncomfortable and disappointed. As soon as I walked in, the place smelled of alcohol. Clearly the employee on duty was drinking. He was busy assisting another customer before helping me. I waited patiently until it was my turn to be helped. The guy looked like he was intoxicated and I found this to be very unprofessional. He seemed distracted with his phone and when he spoke to me, he was slurring his words. Some other customers came in, I'm not sure if they were customers to be honest or if they were his friends but he was offering them shots of alcohol. He even asked me if I wanted to take a shot which took me by surprised because I believe it is illegal to drink on the clock and offer alcoholic beverages in a place that doesn't have a liquor license. He started to speak to me in a tone that made me feel so uncomfortable, that it almost felt like I was being harassed. This place is being run by a bunch of children. I understand it's just a vape shop, but it's still a place of business. I expected professionalism, but it felt like this guy was trying to have a party in his place of work. To sum it up, the guy was sloppy, drunk, unprofessional and rude. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Okay, you are thinking, why three stars?" Right, so don't get me wrong...the service is great. The guy who works the front counter is really keen to help. But that's about all I like about the vape shop. This was actually the first vape shop I'd ever been to in Los Angeles. I thought it was very cocoon like. Dark scenery, big TV with cool images and music playing and a club-like vibe. But my issue is that it isn't a club like vibe at all. And when I mean club, I don't mean like a dance club. I mean more like a gents club where you chill FYI. It really is just a place to buy some juice and get out. Now, for some that might be okay. And the juice is pretty much all local to So Cal, which is nice. But after going to other vape shops, I realized what was missing: it was the community and the passion. This truly feels like a store...like a chain brick and mortar. That's it. Now, I like to go in to a vape shop, talk to the guys/girls working there, sit down, chill out and be amongst other people. I like a buzz. I like places where you go to have your coil fixed, it's free, you tip, and then you hang out. Buy some juice, try out a mod or atomizer, maybe buy it since they are uber psyched about the newest kit. Or, you just are compelled to go back and hang out. Beverly Vapes doesn't feel that way at all. I've been there 4 times now. It has the atmosphere to be a great hangout out spot, but it is awkward being the only person sitting on the couch and having a smoke. The guy at the counter kinda doesn't know what to do...and you feel like you don't want to catch eyes because you'd feel obligated to talk...not a natural conversation. And because you are alone, talking to the guy behind the vape bar isn't all that compelling. Again, I do want to say that the guy at the front had always been extremely friendly. And they have an interesting selection of juices. They also sometimes have deals--buy two 15ml bottles for 20 bucks etc. But it isn't often...and again, not enough to compel me in... Parking is easy, so that's a bonus. It's also free because it's in a mini mall. Nice. But with the competition these days and the atmosphere changing, I think Beverly Vapes is missing that "chillness." It would also be cool if it wasn't just the one guy working there (though, I have a feeling they do have other people...maybe I have just been there when it's only him....). It would make the line of people popping in and out faster and it would be less awkward. read more

This is my partner's go-to official Vape shop, where he gets his best juice and e-cig stuff. While I'm not a vaper, I've learned a lot about vaping here and the products available. The store is sleek and clean, with bar seating and also two lounge couches. A television is usually playing music videos and there's complimentary refreshment from the available water cooler. The gentleman who works here is really friendly and greets us both like he's glad to see us again. Whenever I'm curious about what's in the cases, he's happy to explain the available products and the differences between them. I've learned enough to be able to recommend vaping to people who are trying to give up cigarettes! They're also super fair - when my partner had a product that busted, they replaced it. They'll treat you well, so if you're looking for a good neighborhood place, this is it. Nice selection of local juice. They carry one called Caviar that smells heavenly! I've been to a handful of vape shops, hell a few friends of mine back home even own vape shops, so the bar has been set pretty high. Even so, this location exceeded my expectations! As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted by Chris, who has by far been the most helpful person I've encountered since I've been vaping. I ONLY STOPPED IN TO BUY JUICE. As he was helping me decide on which to pick, I explained how I'd just coiled my vape for the first time and he took a look at it. Mind you I'd done it horribly (LOL) he gave me some pointers and actually offered to redo the whole process! He taught me step by step how to coil, wick and maintain my vape! The guy knows his stuff, and isn't afraid to share the knowledge. Not only that, he gave me two extra cotton balls for when its time to change my wick. All in all, I got the juice I was looking for. Young Berry crunch so every time I vape I'm living the golden days of my childhood drinking the crunch berry milk at the bottom of the bowl baby! This place has the look, the inventory, and the customer service to permanently earn my business.
