The lady running the shop brought me to the case and told me to show her what to grab (red flag, you should know the products your selling)...and I mistakenly chose the 3D chamber. That's on me, I'll take that. I had called in to see if there was anything we could do but I just got a horrible attitude from the same lady that sold me the the chamber.
