The only thing good about this shop was that is clean, serviice not the best. But the worst the prices, they were selling an item I get regularly for about 30$ I told her it was way overpriced then sh lied saying I asked her for a 20$ discount I just told her what that item is regularly and asked her if she would consider a discount since she was selling it for 50$ I even offer 50$ and she was rude and just said she won't on that item​. The whole vibe of the store is pretty dope! Only store in the Bay Area that I know that sells Exotic Pops and Faygo! That was a big plus for me. DO NOT BUY *DISPOSABLES* HERE. The disposables here are mostly defective. Cracked, burnt or DOA. If they do work at first they burn/ dry out soon after leaving the shop. I haven't had this problem with another shop for the same products as much. This shop consistently has a bad batch. It's unfortunate that their supplier is bad. The staff is nice and exchanges it(before leaving shop) if you leave then you're stuck with it. So the ones that burn soon after leaving you're out the money. They were gonna have a sale is final. But they still exchanged dead disposable, which is nice. Make sure to check yours before you leave. No problem with the staff here. The bad review is for the constant faulty products. They need to evaluate their supplier. Another smoke shop dose not have this problem as much. Nice and helpful staff, just bad disposable products. read more

I remember the owner from another smoke shop in Santa Clara so i recognized him right away and thats when I knew this spot was legit. I always make the trip from los gatos to the beehive whenever I need to stock up on my smoking needs. Every employee here is extremely nice. Manager is always helpful and kind. I went it to ask a question about my breeze yesterday, and Tom was working. By far one of the best customer service experiences I've had anywhere. He was very willing to help and greatly knowledgeable. He definitely knows what he's doing, and any employee that goes above and beyond for their customers is a great employee, and that would most definitely be Tom. I've had a little trouble with my breeze lately and it has been hard to find a smoke shop where the worker is kind about helping me with the problem and getting info/a lesson on how to work/clean it etc. I am very very appreciative of the amount of time and kindness Tom puts into working with his customers, and how much effort he put into helping me while at the same time being enthusiast about it.
