AKA THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT REGULATED WHATSOEVER AND CAN BE LITERALLY ANYTHING because they are NOT REAL, NOT REPUTABLE brands. not only are the products FAKE, they are also OLD and BAD QUALITY. the environment in this shop is UNCOMFORTABLE at best, especially if you want to look around, even if for a couple minutes. i purchased a product that was clearly old, dried out, and so unrecognizable that the SHOP OWNER ACCUSED me of swapping out the product for something else when i brought it back to try to exchange it after getting home and realizing the product was COMPLETELY WACK and COMPLETELY UNUSABLE because of how old and dried out it was. instead of investigating/comparing the remaining products to see if they were also dried out and unusable, this shop owner chose to accuse me of lying and trying to steal from him. the shop owner had a crazy, demonic look of rage on his face. i have been to this shop many times, my partner and i have spent $100s++ there, and have never tried to return or exchange a product or anything similar. we stopped going for several months related to the way the staff behaves. we decided to give it a second chance, but NEVER should have done that. the "shop owner" told me to never come back, but joke is on him and his BAD, SUSPICIOUS business management because we were NEVER going to go back anyway and i will definitely continue sharing our poor experiences with other smoke shop customers. save yourself a headache, uncomfortable experience, and possible health risks from FAKE PRODUCTS and go literally anywhere else. read more

I brought it back within 5 hours unopened with receipt and the owner wouldn't refund me, just store credit so I ended up buying $50 in random shit so I could just be done with this dump. I wasn't aware people still followed this shady business practice of "no refunds on anything no matter what" The actual employees working the counter were nice and helpful but its not enough for me to go back. Love this shop! Came in yesterday with my bf and was looking for a good vape to buy. We met Simon who was super cool and knowledgable and recommended a particular vape. Unfortunately they did not have the vape in the shop at that moment. From buying a wide range of their vape batteries, pens, cartridges, electronic vape stuff etc. all I can say is one word: SHIT! Every piece I bought from here (at varying prices, not even the low-range stuff) blew out on me within a week or less. Some like minutes after leaving the store, which made it infuriating cause my money just poofed away in seconds cause of their no return policies. I kept giving them chances b/c of its proximity to campus, but enough is enough. The person working there even told me something like "we buy everything in bulk from China, what do you expect?" They're probably selling the cheapest knockoffs w/ all kinds of chemicals in them & probably get away with this because of their huge & convenient location where they get hella foot traffic no matter what. After spending like over $100 on their shit over a year and none of it lasting, hearing that employees' reasoning made sense. go down the street where the first thing they mention is that they buy American and save your time, lungs and money! read more

They have stuff other places don't usually carry as its not as common and difficult to find. They are one of the only places Downtown with poster racks but I didn't see anything for myself this visit. Actually, the whole area there is a good place to wander around and shop the different places nearby.
