I've been there about 4 times and every. single. time, Braxton is up front by himself, has never failed to make me feel like I have a friend there, and always has a good recommendation. Not to mention they have pretty much everything from vapes to glass etc which is good for me, because i know I always have options. Never going back to vacaville again. read more

Staff is friendly. Small selection of e-juice. Store owns late and closes early. No return policy! One of the juices I bought completely fell apart, within 3 days of purchase. It made a big mess and all the juice was lost. I took it back with the receipt and was told they can't do anything about it. Because I was now the sole owner of the product. That once we become the product owner, they have no way to compensate us. I told him that was a pretty sad reason not to take care of your customers. I told him I wouldn't be back. I'd rather spend my money in a place that backs their product and takes care of their customers. When I was leaving the employee started arguing with me. Telling me don't get mad at him, he didn't squeeze the fluid out. I told him I didn't say that. He said that's the way he feels. I was pretty much done by then. read more
