My very first time walking into this place for a prescription and all it felt like they were doing was finding ways to not serve me. I was given dirty looks, told I need to call before coming in (mind you it's my first time) and I'm being told they have drug shortages and may not be able to see me. My digital insurance card wasn't enough so they sent me to get a physical copy. So, they made me get back in line to talk to them after I had already waited my turn. They refused my discount card to get me a somewhat reasonable rate for my prescription. They said they only take manufacturer cards and said explicitly that it would say "manufacturer card" or "discount card" and then didn't even look at what I had. They just said they wouldn't take it. For the love of God do not support this atrocious pharmacy. You won't catch me anywhere near this location ever again!! UPDATE: review from Facebook in image attached. This was before they blocked me to try and hide my experience.

Jack, the owner, acts that he has a lack of interest in running the store anymore and has never been very friendly. Maybe he should retire and play out his days with his half million dollar classic car collection. Personally, we prefer walmart since they initiated the $4 drug program and you can get your medication at nearly any hour Mon-Sun which is more convenient. In addition, I like the online refill program where you actually know that all of your medication is ready to pick up - in and out. If you absolutely refuse Wal-Mart, and want that home-town feel, then I suggest City Drugs in Chipley, across from the County Tax office / next to the Health Department.

If you are in the store waiting he will put you infront of the "Call-in's" to make sure you dont' have to wait any longer than nessasary. The "nick-knacks" in his store are not "2000%" more expensive and I've personnally seen what he spends on the medications and how much he sells them for. It is more than resonable. I received the glasses on July 17. Within a week one of the lenses fell out. I went back to Vision Hub and they made an adjustment. A week later lens fell out again. Finally on 3rd time they ordered new glasses on August 12. On September 3 I went to Vision Hub to ask about my glasses-have STILL not come in!! An employee told me a manager was not available but he would be sure to tell them I was pissed, and someone would call me back. September 4-I went back to Vision Hub, told same employee-OR ANYONE- has called me back. He told me the regional manager was coming in tomorrow(September 5) and would be bringing in my new frames- not what I was told was ordered on August 12! It is now September 5. No one has called me back-ever; I STILL do not have my glasses-I don't know for sure the new pair, a warranty replacement, was ever in fact ordered. I told the employee I was done with Vision Hub, that just wanted my new glasses-or my money back- and I will never spend another penny in that store!
