The people who work in this store are the rudest people I have ever met. Today was the last time I hope to ever shop there again. I spend at least $300 a month buying cartons of cigarettes. I used to come here very OFTEN . Had no problems until recently , from the man throwing my change across the counter because he didn't want to hand it to me to being yelled at and verbally abused for not grabbing my stuff quick enough . I am completely and utterly upset!!! Today The man proceeded to yell at me and said to "please hurry up and count my change" *it was literally 70 cent that I had to count out which consisted of 2 quarters and 2 dimes ‍ so you can see how it would not take long to count that * and then told me that he was not being rude because he said please . He ALSO asked me if I understood English because I told him that saying please does not justify his disrespectfulness. I bumped into this shop 2 weeks ago. My opinion about it is mixed. On one side they impressed mi we good customer service and with knowledge on the matter. The cigar consultant showed really good knowledge on this topic. The prices as expected - average. However, I noticed that the humidity is not very proper. This is important for all cigars, but expectantly for the expensive ones. If you buy something cheap - ok. But if you have to pay 40 $ for a cigar, the highest quality and proper humidity is expected. The variety of products is good, but for sure can be better. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I only give this place one star because I can't give them zero. It's not an option. They over charge for hookahs, do not go here for that. Double or more $$ compared to other places. Their hookahs are low quality. Go to another store. THEN.. I bought coal from here and it would not light. I brought it to the shop to just exchange for something that will light (wasn't asking for money back), they said that they cannot help me. I told them to try and light it in front of me and the coal would NOT light. A little corner lit up and then went right out. Bought my weekly supply of tobacco this week. One pound of pipe tobacco and five boxes of cigarette tubes. It came out to thirty bucks.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place sold me the same broken battery I bought six months ago and brought back six months ago bc it didn't work. At the time they gave me another one. No big deal but an inconvenience. Six months later I go in for a new battery and they sell me the same brand, and it's the same color as the original one I bought six months ago and brought back. I thought nothing of it, went home, same problem that it wouldn't charge and I realize that this is the same one I bought last time (they don't have a huge selection). I go back and explain this but this time they don't have another one to replace it with. The guy tries to exchange it for one that is half the price on the one I just paid for (they had a sales sticker on the back) like I wouldn't notice. I wanted to just get my money back and go somewhere else bc they had nothing of equal exchange and that's when they mention their policy of no returns. I guess this applies even when they sell you faulty merchandise that I told them was faulty six months ago when I returned it. These people are lying cheating snakes. Save your money, they lost me as a customer and I used to go to their shitty store all the time bc it's the shittiest one in the whole neighborhood and I thought that meant they'd be the most reasonable on price. If I could give them 0 stars I would bc they deserve none. Go to www.discountvaper.com they buy all their stuff from there and then jack up the prices to their customers. I found everything I used to buy from them on their website for half the price.
