Found myself in and out of this store 4 times over the course of a month exchanging broken pens. I am relatively new to the vape world, so i asked the gentleman whats a good pen that's not too much money or too fancy. He sells me a pen for $20 that I later discovered is valued at $1.98 and typically sold in packs of 10. I only found this out after my 4th visit to the store. I asked him why he thought it was okay to sell at such extreme margins while passing this short-term battery life pen as a good pen to starters, he responded with "this is my store I can sell for $50, $100 if I want to." I left my broken pen on the counter and walked out, went down the street a few blocks and bought myself a real pen for the same exact price. DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. Extensive selection of juice and gear from what I saw. I was there for juice but prices on mods and rdas looked very competitive from what I saw. I would deff recommend this shop. ok, so heres the low down on smoke stax & vape: the place is NOT A VAPE SHOP. its a bodega/te amo/hookah/head shop that they put a couple of cases of vape gear and a few racks of juice in. i mean...you can buy beer and scratch offs in the front...not a good sign. i gave it 2 stars because they do have a decent amount of juices to choose from...and you could walk in there with nothing and walk out with a functioning vape set up. unfortunately, what you cant do is get anything other than typical mods and the current line up of kanger sub tanks and nautiluses. you certainly cant get what you would need to build your own coils there...(another reviewer said he got what he needed there...i didnt see anything). and the guy i spoke with has zero knowledge of vaping at all. im pretty sure he had never heard of a rta before and im positive hed never heard of the billow before. the whole "vape section" is just there to cash in on the growing popularity of vaping. i guess it might help out in a pinch if you absolutely NEEDED to replace your subtank or get some heads or juice...but dont go there expecting any kind of selection on gear or anyone who could answer any of your questions. i didnt really look at the prices...though i did notice they were selling the kanger subtank mini for $47.99...about 20 bucks more than you can get it at just about any online shop. you can decide for yourself if you think being a brick and mortar store warrants that kind of markup...i sure dont. i dont know whos giving these guys 5 star reviews...but they either know the owners or dont know anything about vaping or what a real vape shop looks like. as their name suggests with the "& vape"...the place obviously just added a few vape related things and juice to the store as an afterthought. ill repeat: ITS NOT A VAPE SHOP. read more

Great selection of products, but terrible customer service. People behind the counter had no knowledge of the products. When my mod broke, it stopped reading the batteries, within 3 weeks of buying it, I took it back to the store. The guy behind the counter just tried different batteries inside. After seeing that didn't work, he gave me a receipt and told me to contact the company. The first thing the company said to me in the email was the vendor, not the customer, should reach out to them.
