The staff was friendly and helpful but since there were no new sticks that I had never seen before, I didn't buy anything. There is no lounge or smoking area. This is also a gift store for things like whiskey, glasses, humidors, generally masculine gift items, which is pretty cool. Given the nature of their location in Galena, it's expected that their prices are higher than you would find in other areas and they are, so no big deal. I can't tell you how disappointed I am that a store sitting on the main drag in a tourist town, doesn't have any new sticks or sticks I haven't seen before.

The owner, Nick, has top-notch customer service and is just a genuinely good guy. Because Nick was such a cool dude, I ended up stopping by regularly just to check in and shop at the store. I loved the fact you could sit down and sample as many flavors as you like. Dave gave great suggestions, and has flavor tastes wrote down. 100x better then the gas station I used to go to for juices: at gas station I couldn't sample anything...would have to buy small samples and try out. Since I found a flavor I love, makes vaping so much more enjoyable compared to smoking cigarettes. Half pack smoker down to 1 cig a day after just 2 days. I'll be back for more!
