Finally, a smoke shop on Pearl avenue, lol. The reason I'm leaving this 5 star review is because they sell kratom. They sell the 50 capsules for 27.99, and the 30 capsules for 19.99. I've personally been to most smoke shops and asked if they've had kratom and they usually don't. But when they do, its pretty damn expensive. I know Up'n'Smoke sells the 50 capsules for 40 bucks, which is a rip off. Smoke Zone pretty much always has kratom, and they put in orders every week so they make sure all kinds and types of kratom are in stock. Aside from the kratom, they sell all kinds pipes, tobacco, and cigars. Pretty convenient location, right next to the liquor store and 7-11, and Mama Do's Kitchen (where I work =D). I came here because I needed a new pen and I was in the area. The guy convinced me to buy a "very good quality" pen. A little Over two weeks later I try using it for the first time and it's not working I charged the pen for over a day and still nothing I realized there was a noise I believe the charging part is loose. I gave them a call explaining the situation all I wanted was at least an exchange no refund and I have the receipt and the lady that answered said well you should've read the signs and try it out before you left, there are signs everywhere. No apology nothing and very rude. I believed in the mans word he gave me that the pen was very good quality. Today is the 8th time I've come to this store and it was closed. A couple of times, there was a "back in 10 mins." Sign and I waited around for 20 mins and no one came and opened the store. I came after 10am this morning and it was closed and dark. It's a huge bummer because the staff are such nice people. The selection is okay as well. I was planning to buy a vape system and some eliquid. It's just such a huge let down to get to a small business that you want to keep in business and have it be closed. I've come by at different times and the doors are locked and I can't buy what I need. I'm so frustrated with this store. I guess I'm going to find a vape store that actually wants my business.
