I love that they do delivery because it's convenient for me due to my schedule and they're good about letting me know the eta ahead of time so I can plan accordingly and are also accommodating. I've been vaping for years so I've been to a hundred stores but today I just needed some new hardware and so I checked their website and called them to confirm what they have and what the process is with the COVID-19 restrictions. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, you have to order online and then can either select store pick-up or free shipping. Since I'm in San Jose, I just picked it up in person. From the moment I placed the order, it was ready within a few minutes so I actually got the confirmation email right when I was getting in my car. I have to admit I have only been in this place once and they are very nice and I was impressed. My husband on the other hand frequents this place and loves it. The gentleman that is usually working behind the counter is super friendly and makes you feel like you are part of his family. I dont know his name but because one of my husband's coworkers also frequents this place when my husband bought me a new car the guy behind the counter congratulated my husband. AND we he found out we were expecting twins he also offered his congratulations. It's nice to have a business like this in our neighborhood where the people who work there seem to care about their customers and their customers lives. Came here not too long ago cause my brother was gettin some stuff for his vape. Found out that this place only opened a few months ago and I've been wanting to check it out. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was, definitely somewhere I would wanna hang out. They play really good music as well. At first when I walked in a few weeks ago to buy a JuL vape I was impressed and satisfied with customer service, they recommended I get the BO vape instead because they said it was more what I was looking for. Anyways, I buy this product and it came with two pods. First 5 days so far so good. When I go to re-up on more pods I end up Getting defected pods 3x times in a row. No problem, the owner replaced them for me. It's been about two weeks, I've dealt with the pod defects as it is out of their control but now on week 2-2.5 my vape pen completely stopped working and I have given 100% commitment to keep it in good shape since I. Bought it. So I contact the guy who seems to be the owner and all he had to say was "sorry bro send it back to the manufacturer I can't help you" Keep in mind the manufacturer is in France. Horrible service horrible quality they don't care about return customers they just want a one time sale. I would not recommend this store to anyone who cannot afford to buy the same product over again because they will not back up what they sell and replace it with defects. Never again. read more

What a GREAT place! I now drive 20 minutes just to go there instead of the place near my house. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They know you by your name. They always know what I need the second I walk through the door. I have had many conversations with the owner and his staff. Great people! They also have a "lounge" and a "bar" (no alcohol). People are welcome to just come in, have a seat and vape with nice people. I've seen people in there all enjoying a movie. Came here and bought a Bo vape pen, which was $40. The employee that sold it to me failed to mention that you needed to prime the pods before using... My pod is now burnt and I came back to ask if they could do anything about it. They said that they can't do anything because I didn't prime the pod and that I had used it already. All I was given was a 10% discount to buy a brand new pack of pods which was another $18. Because of their negligence I had to spend more money to buy new pods. If they cared about customer service they would have owned up to the fact that they failed to give me instructions to prime the cartridges and gave me another pod. A great way for them to make more sales I guess. Will not be coming back... UPDATE: It's been a week and now my Bo pen no longer works entirely. Like Ronny Z mentioned in his review, went into the shop and owner said to "send it back to the manufacturer I can't help you." Brought it into Platinum Vapes, which is another distributor for Bo pens, and the staff made an effort to troubleshoot and help me fix it. No luck but they were about to replace it for me, but I didn't buy it from their store so they couldn't do anything for me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. AVOID THIS STORE AND AVOID THE BO PEN. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE ON POINT! Just happened to be in the area coming from Daly City, and was looking for a shop that carried 0.2 ohm coils for my SmokTech Big Baby Beast. After going through Yelp calling about 6 different shops with some not carrying that particular ohm coil and others just being complete dicks on the phone, I finally got to Stay Vaped on the Yelp list and I was happy I called them. They confirmed that they had the coil so I went down to their shop. Never been to this shop but their helpfulness on the phone convinced me to go. Walked in the doors and was greeted by both Nam and Jeremy. Shop was a bit busy but they still asked what I was looking for and would help as soon as they finished with the other customers. Once the store free'd up a bit, both Nam and Jeremy were able to help and answered any and every questions.
