After asking her if she had a certain product which I know Smoker Friendly Carries since I had purchased it previously with my first interaction with her. She acted clueless and did not provide any service. I asked her why she had an attitude and she told me that because it's almost 5 o'clock and it's almost time to close. That makes no sense to me. This is called BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never experienced service this atrocious. I was in disbelief because coming from South Florida and traveling to Craig, Colorado I am receiving this type of behavior for no reason whatsoever. Nonetheless, my first interaction with her I ignored her attitude (I wondered why she had an attitude the first time) but now my second interaction I couldn't help by ask why she was acting so rude. She is chasing business away. This lady is hurting the company. She is the sweetest lady, so friendly, and interesting. She loaded me up with a cutter and matches at no charge so that she was sure that I was able to smoke them, and put everything in a cool little bag in case the match box opened up. These sound simple, but I don't think I've ever had a tobacconist give me a cutter at no charge, and even matches seem hard to come by at a lot of places. And the little bag reminds you of something you would have gotten years ago at an old dime or general store. Some time simple things are the most memorable.
