I tried to exchange the one I bought yesterday and showed receipt but the Indian cashier would not take and exchange it for a new one. Their wicks don't work on the Vape pipes they sell. Service here is consistently slow, and they're frequently out of stock on multiple items, which I noticed plenty of other reviewers have mentioned as well. Some of the budtenders also have unnecessarily rude or dismissive attitudes, yet there's still an expectation to tip despite the poor customer service. What's even more disappointing is that management doesn't seem to follow up when customers have legitimate complaints. Instead, employees appear to be the ones responding to reviews. This place was actually really good during its first few years, which is why the decline is so disappointing. Now the service, inventory issues, and overall customer experience are a mess. With so many other dispensaries nearby, there's really no reason for me to keep coming back.

While they entice you with a coupon for a couple dollars off, it's not worth the drive to this rather questionable area north of downtown to save a few bucks unless you're already in the area. Until they are willing to pass along the tax savings again, a chain of local pub type establishments has better value if they carry your brand.
