They sell crappy vapes and you must try it at the shop to make sure it work otherwise they won't exchange it. I purchase it the night before after a few puff it wouldn't turn off. Told the owner the next day what happened and he said sorry no exchanges, you have to try it here. It worked but after a few puff later it stayed on by itself. Point is, if you want crappy vapes please shop there and waste your money. Won't be returning there,the person there won't even try to help you out. read more

They used to have smarter workers that knew how to bargain a little, or at the very least would call their boss/ owner and allow him to make a smart decision. But the boy today was rude and arrogant and refused to call his boss. I've botten my last 50 pieces from there, bongs, bubblers, pipes (yes I do break alot, I'm the best kind of customer). Not recommended. Shop somewhere else. I bought a small vape here. I asked for a black one, the guy told me that he can't open the box to check the product, since the box was sealed like new i told him thats fine. When I got home, i opened the box and notice it was not black....different color. Still i was like whatever no big deal. I was setting it up to try it out but then i noticed two of the parts are missing and i can't use the product. Smoker's Choice has been in the same place for a long time and is one of the few Lawndale businesses to really make it for long and there's a reason why. Even though from the outside this looks like your typical cramped smoke shop, it's another place once you're in there. Yeah it's not huge, but you wouldn't know by the sheer amount of items they carry. The prices are good, you're not going to pay and arm and a leg like you would the Sandbox over there, and this place gets new stuff months before the other places stock it and call it new. Smoker's choice will be my choice for anything I need from now on, that's for sure. read more

Probably the upmost disappointing cigar shop in los angeles. This place has to be in the red every month. I think the girl there was maybe the daughter of the owner just judging by her nationality. Yet her attitude and excitement to help me was below par, way below par!!! Cigars were moldy !!!! selection was horrible cigars were correct cigars were dry humidifier in humidor was super old and barely even working and was turned up way too high just because I showed up. Great shop with a nice variety of products considering all the other shops around the area carry little to nothing . The Employees have always came off as Kind and help with any questions I have . Good experience overall , the only critique i have are that the products could be priced a tad bit more fair but I can't really complain . Employees that don't know prices or products, everything I asked for or about I received an answer similar to "what's that?" "Oh I don't know" or "let me ask my boss" or some variant of the three. Over charges by as much as 100 dollars on their products and don't accept returns. It's hilariously horrible. They allowed me to exchange one thing for another, said the other item I wanted cost 125 but when I go to give the first item back to have the cost counted towards the exchange item the guy raised the price by 75 dollars which ultimately means I paid for an item, gave it back to them for no refund or credit and just bought another one. Very bad customer service I was coming from afar she never answer the phone when I got to the store she was on the phone the whole time while she was assisting me she had a bad attitude for no apparent reason I never did a review ever in my life but I did it now so people would know I left and went to Long Beach where it was way cheaper than hers she charged $49 for a drug test with the kid that goes around your waist I went somewhere else it was $35 the other one and Torrance nearby is $30 they're very extremely high with bad attitudes I will advise everybody not to go if she had better customer service skills I would have have bought it even though it was extremely high and again when she was on the phone she was laughing and giggling and having a personal conversation read more

Terrible experience. Went here to buy a domeless titanium nail for my oil rig. The employee recommended me one although I was concerned about its ability to function properly. Yet he persisted, and even said I can come in to exchange it if it doesn't work out for whatever reason. Sure enough, I try it out once and the nail is such poor quality and doesn't get red hot. Makes me wonder about where he gets his items- pretty sure its from China via alibaba.com. anyway, I return a few days later during my availability and the employee tells me I am unable to exchange it for another item because it's been used. Such bs. These guys are shady and will make you think you're getting a deal when you're not. They won't warrant any promises they've made you and simply want your money. I would not recommend going here for anything other than cigarettes. Ifvyouvmust, don't get hussled for any of their smoking accessories ad they mark up alot higher than other stores that get their cheap items from china/alibaba. Here now and just asked about a dry herb vaporizer... was sold the g pen and asked about returns and the guy said if the product has been unused. Well got in the car and was reading reviews and the instructions which states that it is only for essential oils. Bought it back and now I'm waiting for a refund and the guy won't give me one and says he has to contact the manager for a refund... after half an hour of this he finally gets on the phone and the manager told him to refund the money. He counted out 45 one dollar bills to refund me... I paid with 2 twenties and a five... Poor poor service. Do not go here! The guy purposely lied to me about this product. At first I came here thinking they don't have what I'm looking for, it's a small ass shop. But this was the only closest smoke shop that was open on a Sunday Night, so I went thinking it's just gonna be a let down. BUT..... This place proved me wrong!! They had everything I was looking for and then sum. Now I got a nice set up for my daily tokes n dabs. They literally will hook you up every time with evaraythang your buying! Everything? NO,... EVARAYTHANG!!! I bought an oil rig, titanium nail with nail cover, adapter/attachment for the rig to nail(This isn't something you would need in order to burn one, but it's something to consider if u like taking a daily dabs like me. It will protect your rig from breaking due to the heat from torches), non-slipping silicone mat for your dabbing equipments, and torch for less than 200 bucks. If at regular price they are close to 300 bucks range. They are own pretty late for a smoke shop and they got excellent price. Also cash would be better to bring if u want to get discounts. read more
